“Totally going back next year!”

This hotel is luxurious, gorgeous, and CHEAP (considering what your money gets you). I went on the Friday before Valentine's Day (when other places charge extra for your stay) and it cost a little less than I expected. The room was spotless to boot! There was a nice breakfast, which was a surprise. (I didn't see it mentioned on the site.) I plan on going back next year!

“Great hotel for a trip up to Manchester.”

Rooms were clean and neat, had fridge & microwave, good beds, linens, amenities, etc. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

“Comfortable and pleasant stay”

I enjoy staying at Hampton Inns and this was no exception. The staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast was particularly good. Lots of options. Though the hotel is close to the airport, it is in a residential neighborhood and does not seem a typical close to airport accommodation. I did not hear any planes. Many restaurants and shopping areas are nearby as well.

“Weekend in NH”

Easy to find, very friendly staff. Room was extremely clean. I wish I could have taken the bed home with me, it was so comfortable!

“A good stay.”

Predictable quality is a good thing. That's why I like to stay at a Hampton. This one did not disappoint. Particulaly pleasing is the room where the breakfast is available. Unlike some other places, this one was not a cramped, crowded afterthought. The offerings were fine as was the help in attendance.

“Very disappointing!!”

I was very disappointed in this Hotel and the staff. I always stay at a Marriot or Hampton Inn as I like that they change the duvet etc. Our room was clean other than the chair at the desk was filthy on the sides. The hallways were not vacumed. Our hallway had pieces of broken plastic in it. Upon going down for breakfast in the morning, we had a hard time finding a clean table. There was only a few people eating at the time. There was also food all over the buffet stations and the person working was not cleaning up anything. She was walking around with her headset on listening to music. We sat there and ate also wondering how the food we were eating was prepared in the back and what conditions were there. The employee just walked around not bothering to clean up, only replacing napkins. Upon checking out, we informed the hotel clerk of what we had seen and being in the management field expected her to offer for us to speak to a manager. She was very nice and apologetic but did not offer assistance. We just stayed at a Residence Inn in Newport, RI that was 5 years old...you would have thought it was brand new..it was so well kept up and when we checked out. The clerk asked us what they could have done better. Not a thing as service and quality was execellent. This is a shame because our company uses the Hampton Inn in Chicopee, Ma for our out of town vistors and it has always been up to excellent standards. I would advise this hotel to pick up it's standards.
