I treated myself to a king suite the night of a friends wedding. It was so comfortable and relaxing. It was a hot night so didn't get to use the gas fireplace. Granite shower, clean duvet, lots of pillows, all made me feel pampered. Well done Hampton Inn

Pros: Cleanliness. Comfy bed. Free Wifi. Duvet that is washed upon each guest visit. Room appointments (iron, hair dryer, microwave, kitchenet
Cons: Front desk staff needs lessons on greeting guests and displaying actual concern/attention to making guest stays exceptional. The apathy is painful.
Location: Manchester-Bedford NH location. Although I asked front desk on how to reach a lake that was supposedly close by, no one could tell me.
Knowing we would not be arriving til after midnight, due to a late start because of not feeling well, I had called the front desk in the afternoon confirming our reservations and requesting a room that would be convenient to the elevator. We would be tired upon arrival and had a wedding the next morning & wanted an easy/quick entry to the room. There was no one at the front desk upon arrival. Someone slowly emerged from the back after repeated "hellos?" greeting us with absolute disinterest. The room we were given could not have been farther from the elevator, yet the hotel was not filled. It was a hot humid weekend - the air conditioner was never able to keep up with our coolness needs. The bed was comfy. The room pleasant. Attention to detail by housekeeping was missing as the toilet seat was not secured but the room & bed linens were very clean. The hot tub was under repair in the pool area but with no signage to indicate so at the front desk. The repair site was unduly messy. Sunday breakfast was fair - it was served until 10am. I arrived at 9am and the fruit bowl was nearly empty (no one checked or refilled) and altho I applaud serving scrambled eggs, they tasted "artificial". Outside area under portico where everyone must arrive to check in needed tidying as empty cups and garbage were on the ground. It would have been easy for the front desk person to quickly check & pick up the detritus. The hotel needs front desk personnel who care about guests.

We were very happy with our room at this Hotel. We appreciated the quietness of the room, especially being near the airport. The breakfast was outstanding. Our only complaint was that the food on our plates didn't stay warm and there was no microwave in the eating area to reheat the food. The location was great with resturants nearby.

This was the typical Hampton Inn experience, which was great as usual. The hotel has a pool and a sauna, but the hot tub was being repaired when we were there. Breakfast was good. It's about 15 minutes away from the Merrimack Outlets.

Super comfortable room and bed. Clean and quiet. Great breakfast. This was my second stay. It's my go to hotel in the Manchester area. When I arrived and was about to take a nap, there were a couple of very noisy children in the room across the hall. Just then the phone rang with a call from the front desk asking if everything was to my satisfaction. I mentioned the noise and was moved to another room immediately. Couldn't ask for more.

In general it was very good. The only thing we found air conditioning very strong and cold on the corridor on our 2nd floor.
