“A good place to stay”
Nice hotel. Bar was open late in the night. Room was clean. Got a complimentary breakfast (don't know whether it was an inadvertent mistake on their part), despite the fact that our tariff did not include breakfast. Perhaps the only con was that the paking doors were shut when we arrived at mid-night. Had to wait for 10 min for the guy to wake up & open the doors.
“Very good hotel with nice room”
I've stayed in many hotels in the UK, and was impressed with this new hotel. My room was just what I needed, and it came with a huge bath tub which was enjoyed after my long days working. The only bad thing I can say is that there is no wireless internet access in the rooms, only in the lobby, but they provide you a free cord to hook up to the wall if you don't have one. The people at the hotel are very nice, and were willing to help with any questions I had about travel and suggestions. The price is okay, but you get what you pay for and more! I have stayed in this hotel on 4 different visits this year, and I plan to only stay at this hotel in the future.
“Clean, Friendly, good price.”
This was a business trip to Luton. After reading the reviews for the other hotels available in the area I was a bit concerned about finding a nice play to stay. I came across the Days Inn Luton and was impressed with the photos and reviews this hotel received on other travel sites. The one review available at the time on Expedia was positive as well. My room was extemely clean. The bathroom was a bit small, but immaculate. The tile sparkled in the light of the bathroom. The King size bed was very comfortable. As mentioned in the other travelers' review there is no wireless internet in the room. You can however hook up to their wired broadband (They will provide you with a cable if you need it). The cost perday to use their broadband service was reasonable. The rest of the hotel was kept neat as well. I had the English breakfast every morning when I stayed here. The food quality was pretty good, not out of this world, but I wouldn't expect it to be at a hotel in this price range. The bar was nice, this actually where you had to place your order if you wanted anything to eat. The restaurant itself was kept very clean, waitresses were always very diligent about cleaning up the tables quickly and preparing them for the next guest. I didn't interract the with staff much, but the few people I did speak to were very friendly. The restaurant area has a large plasma TV which is usually playing sports in the evening and news in the morning.
“Brilliant place to stay”
I thought this was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the food was really lovely.
“Much better then we expected!!”

“Good value for money.”
Ok if you have to catch an early flight from Luton airport. Don't expect any luxury. They charge for extra services as Internet. Bed comfortable and nice shower.
“Night in Luton”
Room fine for our needs. Lovely hot shower and plenty of pillows. Room a bit hot and I am not a "hot" person. Central location for bars and shops. Expedia website included complimentary breakfast but the hotel did not know about this and it would have been an extra £8.00 each. We went to Wetherspoons and paid that between us. Also no hotel car park so this was extrac in the multistory next door. If staying on a Saturday after 6 and leaving sometime on a Sunday we found a free car park across the road, although this is open and not secure.
“Days Hotel Luton”
I have stayed at numerous Days Inns but this would probably be the one that I would be least likey to return to.Location is Ok and close to downtown Luton, which is not high on my list of places to visit, but handy for the Luton airport. A bit overpriced for what else is available around the place. They were quite acomadating with a late check out. Probably the amount of room noise was the biggest turnoff.
“Run away, run away!”
The staff were so delightful but this didn't make up for a filthy carpet and old smoke coming through the airconditioning vent in the bathroom, despite it being a non smoking room. Worst of all was the food at the restuarant - really basic dishes with frankly quite mouldy lettuce as the salad in the bun. Dishes weren't clean either - noticeable finger prints. How did this rate excellently by other people staying???
“A list of problems”
After finding few choices close to Luton Airport I selected the Hotel feeling nervous because my prior experience with the Days Inn Franchise has been poor. The hotel room came with a Queen bed & two twin mattresses on either side by the floor not the King I'd requested. The mattress was so old the coils were visible & was about 2 1/2" thick (they advertise comfort beds in the Foyer). The hairdryer caught on fire, the electric kettle was burnt inside and the paint was peeling off the base boards. My Boyfriend hooked up the TV to work & when we asked for coffee creamers for the room we were told the'd run out but didn't think to offer us an alternative such as milk.
