“Excellent Hotel for the price.”

Considering the price of this hotel, which for me has been consistantly cheap. This is a clean modern friendly Hotel. The staff are friendly and eager to please. And the facilities are modern and convenient. I would choose this hotel over any other for the price!

“Don't be deceived by the unattractive building...”

...Harben is a great training venue and very cheap hotel with facilities that you'd paid at least double for within a 5 miles radius. If you're working or studying at Cranfield School of Management this is a great place to stay.

“Brilliant”

I really enjoy staying here. The staff are very welcoming & bend over backwards to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Rooms are small but have everything that you will require. Good sized value for money meals with a varying menu so that you are never bored.

“Nice Place”

The hotel is situated very close to the M1 Motorway but in a quiet and rural location, I was very impressed with the hotel which was very clean and well maintained, the room and bed was perfect, I used the bar area but due to having to leave early I didn't sample the breakfast which was reasonably priced, the hotel has a fitness and spa area which I viewed but didn't sample, it look quite good though, the hotel also provided free tea and coffee in both the bar area and the rooms, all in all a nice hotel with pleasant staff.

“Quite pleasant”

I didn't spend a lot of time in my room, but the bed was comfy. The breakfast was hearty enough to keep me going all day. The staff were all nice.

“Good Value, Great Breakfast, Excellent Customer Service”

I had stayed at this hotel before, enjoyed the it, and decided to go back if I could get a competitive rate. My experience of this stay was of excellent customer service and a good, clean, comfortable, if not exactly huge, room at a friendly hotel that was conveniently-located for me. The breakfast options were wide and the quality of products used in the full breakfast was good. The bar had a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Sadly, there was no cask ale but this is a hotel, rather than a pub, so I wasn't really expecting to find any. The bar menu offers a reasonable choice of tasty food, again, at not-unreasonable prices. I experienced problems with my room on the first night of my stay about which I tweeted very grumpily. The hotel picked up the complaint and dealt with it very professionally, a credit to the DeVere organisation. I shall continue to look out for competitive deals, and visit this hotel again the next time I am able to do so at a good rate.

“I thought it was nice”

Didnt know what to expect.....I thought it was good and worth the money Breakfast was very good...Room was very compact,but was all I needed..Got alittle lost finding my way out of the room to get breakfast with the maze of corridors,but overall...impressed

“Comfy bed”

Comfy bed. Friendly helpful staff. Nice jaccuzi and steam room but sauna was not working properly. Great traiining venue.

“Harben House, Newport Pagnell”

I have stayed here on many occassions. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. One or two minor problems were addressed with a strong customer satisfaction orientation. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
