“Very impressed”

If you dont mind travelling a couple of miles away from airport, this Hotel is great to stay at before flying out of Luton. Staffs are really friendly and the room are a nice size and v.clean. My only criticism is the food in the restaurant is over priced.

We stayed here as we were in the area for a wedding, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the adjustable mattress was particularly good as I often find hotel beds too soft. My husband was pleased with the free wifi, a nice touch. Breakfast was good, a nice selection of different items. Our friends used the gym and said it was reasonably well equipped for a small facility. Overall the hotel seems more set up for business customers, especially with the location and closeness to Luton Airport, but we had a pleasant stay. Check in and out was easy and the little shop area (Hilton Pantry) with basics/groceries came in very handy.

Very convenient location for early or late flights from Luton with great facilities and well appointed comfortable rooms. More peaceful atmosphere than hotels on the airport site itself which makes the short journey well worthwhile.

“A pleasant surprise...”

Arriving late and grubby on a Friday after a long drive around the M27, imagine our surprise to find a hotel IN LUTON where we really felt welcome and comfortable! Can't say much positive about this part of the country(how many speed cameras?) but the hotel was a fine example of how much cheerful, friendly staff can do to make you feel at home. The room was also very nice - relaxing decor, lots of attention to detail(fridge for your own use,ergonomic chair for working at desk) and the most blissful bed...Add to this a decent breakfast and reasonable price. What more can one ask?

I use to think that Hilton were quality hotels, this place is a travelodge under the name hilton. To be fair it is clean, new and quiet. I was in Luton, so what was I expecting, I wasn't expecting at 11pm "what room service do you have?" i asked. "There is a vending machine which sells pot noodles and you have a kettle in your room" they replied. a good tip is avoid this hotel, well really avoid Luton!

“Don't Go By This Hotel's Exterior”

This hotel has a utilitarian exterior that belies its interior comforts. The room and bed were most comfortable. The service was consistently good. Also, the buffet breakfast was excellent as were the hamburgers at lunchtime.
