Very happy with immaculate room, did not eat in hotel so cannot comment on that. Easy check-in & out, staff pleasant enough, no issues at all.

“Absolutely a must stay if travelling form Luton airport”

We would highly recommend this hotel if travelling from Luton airport. We took a bus from London to the airport and the hotel was within walking distance. Breakfast was included in the price and was available very early. The rooms were comfortable and clean. If you require food then you probably would be better off getting a taxi into Luton. We took food and was able to microwave it (the microwave was available on the ground floor). All in all a pleasant stay. A good price and value for money. We would definately stay there again.

Hotel was in good condition and clean. Perfect for our needs which was as a quick over-night stop whilst in transit.

If you're flying out of Luton Airport on an early flight and want to stay at a hotel, I would suggest this one. It's a short walk to the terminal and is cleaner and has better facilities than the neighbouring Ibis hotel.

“PERFECT”

Needed a place to stay from 2am after arriving from Turkey and until next flight left at 1.40pm from Luton to go home. This hotel was perfect for our needs to get head down, showered and free breakfast. Staff were friendly and pleasant, Room and hotel was very clean.

“Unfriendly Night Manager”

Phoned up 2 weeks prior to our arrival to ask for an extra bed to be put in the room. The women said that was fine and she has noted it on the system. She also said it was free of charge! Brilliant!! Stayed at this hotel about a year ago, and thought it was great, that's why we booked it again. Anyway, we arrive at the hotel, check in, told by the 'Night Manager' we'll get what we asked for when I asked about the bed, we get to the room, no extra bed! Ring the unfriendly guy on reception, told 'Tough luck, we don't do that'. Offered me extra duvets so the extra body could sleep on the floor!!! Nice hotel and good location, but the unfriendly american night manager has put me off staying at this hotel again.
