overnight stay

Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: Very good value and conveniently placed close to the A5, but in a quiet location.
Cons: The breakfast buffet ran out of food on some of the options and therefore we had a restricted choice.
Location: Very convenient to the A5. We had an excellent dinner in MK and had easy access to Stony Stratford.
We stayed for just one night on a quick visit to the Stony Stratford/MK area. The reception and restaurant staff were excellent. They were efficient and helpful. Our room was comfortable and despite the presence of a wedding party we were not disturbed.

Good hotel not to far from city centre.

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Helpful staff and a good quality hotel.
Cons: The buffet breakfast could be improved. On one morning there were too many people for the restaurant and many had to wait.
Location: Golf course very close.
Second time using this hotel. It's clean and tidy and the staff are always helpful.

Expensive hotel

Nothing wrong with the hotel but it was very expensive compared to others for what you get. Breakfast was particularly dear

Very nice hotel

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Clean and luxurious bedroom
Location: In two mile ash Milton Keynes with golf club nearby
Booked a one night stay for a wedding. Close to golf club and within walking distance by pitch and putt . It was a bit difficult walking back in the dark as no lighting so a torch would be recommended. Room was lovely very clean and quiet with the biggest bed I've ever seen but perhaps not suitable if your not agile as it's a very high bed. We did not eat at the hotel this time but I would like to do this on a return visit. Think breakfast is a bit pricey but afternoon tea seemed reasonable. Staff were lovely and helpful. Enjoyed our stay

Trip to visit family

Posted May 20, 2014
Pros: The ambience. The food is excellent.
Location: Visit Bletchley Park which is only about a 10 minute drive away. Also Milton Keynes Centre.
I found the hotel comfortable and the staff welcoming and attentive, although at times they appeared to be short staffed.

This is a lovely hotel, very modern and stylish with great decor throughout. Also it is very quiet at night which I've not experienced in other hotels, I can't fault it at all! Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, close to the golf course.

Posted May 6, 2014
Pros: This hotel has been recently refurbished, very modern and tastefully decorated.
Cons: Perhaps blinds/nets on the windows for some privacy when opening the main curtains, especially if your room overlooks the carpark
Location: Situated close to the A5, 5 minutes drive to city centre and within close proximity of the golf course. Lovely villages to visit close by.
Stayed just one night. Hotel is very nice, rooms spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable. Reception staff were very pleasant.

Nice, refurbished rooms need a little TLC

Posted May 6, 2014
Pros: The reasonable sized rooms that overall for the price paid were comfortable.
Cons: The shower and the house keeping... somebodies false eye lashes were on the floor.
A very nice hotel, with nice rooms that just need a little TLC. The floors creak a lot and can be annoying, the rain shower head needed cleaning as the water wasn't coming out and even when I did clean the jets the pressure was quite low compared to the separate handset. The lid on the toilet was also broken but didn't cause us a problem. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't. They had a wedding on which we had not been informed about and although we were at the other end of the hotel we could still hear the music during the evening. The main areas of the hotel seemed to be in very good condition and looked comfortable all though we did not use either the bar or restaurant.
