“practical with excellent service”

the staff at this hotel went out of their way to ensure it was an easy stay - no mean feat when on two crutches, they could not have done more

“Novotel milton Keynes”

We stayed at the Novotel for a long weekend to attend a family gathering. The hotel is clean and comfortable and our room was more than adequate for our needs. The breakfast and the dinner we had in the restaurant we well presented and the service was good too. As we had met up with family we had not seen for a long time the bar area was an excellent meeting place, although on our first night I think the night receptionist wished we would go to bed instead of sitting in the lounge area laughing and chatting. The internet is expensive compared to other chain hotels and the half price breakfast if pre booked was a bonus, but overall it is a good value hotel and we will return again with more family for next years gathering!!

“Perfectly adequate”

For the price I paid, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Checked in at 11:30pm and left at 07:00 the next morning, so can't comment on facilities other than reception and the room, but room was clean and cool (once I'd switched aircon on)

“More than adequate”

Relatively new hotel, rooms were as good as I'd expect. Food was good, ordered a couple of drinks, but not all the ingredients were there for a mojito! 2nd choice was the same!! Breakfast was good. Would use again.

“Cheap and nicely located for the shopping centre”

Booked this late so the rates were very good, reception was nice looking, as was the room, perfect for one nights stay. Only 3 mins drive from the local shopping centre and restaurants. The only petty comments I have are that the toilet was a little unclean looking, and for breakfast we had to wait for 10-15 plus minutes for a seat, with many couples waiting, people started to help themselves to food and then sit in the adjacent bar area. Why the hotel did not open this area in the first place is a mystery. Overall, a very good stay for a weekend shopping trip.

“Great Family Hotel”

My family and I stayed here for two night and we would definately go back. Perfectly set up for family and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we all loved using the leisure facilities.

“Great short stay experience”

Very clean room with a firm bed. Toilet was separate from the bathroom which was different. TV was small and not a flatscreen. Check in desk was very courteous and restuarant food was very good with an excellant buffet in the morning.

Good 3* hotel, within a short drive of the city centre. Got what I paid for, no more, no less.

“Great affordable stay in detail”

Stayed at this hotel as the cheapest option around on short notice. First night had small issue with bath plug being faulty and was upgraded to executive room, which was a bonus. Felt we had to stay another night because I had the best sleep in ages. Paid extra £25 for dinner and breakfast for two people which was awesome value for money! I would like to recommend having the scallopes as a starter with trout as main and cheese platter to top it off. The portions aren't huge but will suffice. Breakfast in bed seemed like a good idea but, may be cold on arrival- maybe enjoy in dining area. Lovely environment for kids Local shops and entertainment awesome.

“Quiet location, standard hotel”

The Hotel is located ina quiet area, if you have a car a petrol garagae is located across the street and you can get to the main city shopping centre within 5 minutes, location is great. Quality of the hotel is good, average, Upon chcking in reception ddin't notify you when breakfast is - i called at 9:45 to find out i had 10 mins left! so take note. overall had a great stay...pillows were'nt very nice tho!
