Shocking hotel with shocking customer service, I booked and paid for in advance, when i turned up they said they have no rooms left and I should have had a phone call from OYO who run the hotel, well i didnt then i had a call from a person based in india saying they will try and find me a room somewhere else, well i waited 2 hours and at 9pm still no news. The reception said they cannot help me it has to be done through there partner company called OYO. Well after waiting a further hour i booked the local Travelodge, then I called hotel.com helpline who gave me a full refund. The hotel even had the cheek to say i hope this hasn't put you off staying again, well it totally has.
