Arrived in the early morning having booked and paid for two 'Junior Suites' Arrived to be told that they had no rooms only to they had one for both of us to share. Being so late went up to the room and the rotten smell when I opened the door was terrible and there was only one bed. Went back down and they offered to put a fold up bed in the corner, I was furious and the staff just kept smiling away and saying take it or leave it. Half hour to put up the bed and assured they got rid of the smell. Went to the room and no electricity in the sockets, only lights working. Smell was still as strong and had a few in-bearable hours until morning. Complained the following morning and receptionist didn't seem interested and had to ring Expedia to complain and have the second room refunded. Disgraceful conditions and staff, would keep clear!

Pros: Close to motorways for travelling, Good dinner specials with free beer.
Location: Not much
Generally a comfortable hotel with reasonable service and rates. My only complaint was the room temperature which was excessivly hot and unaffected by the A/C unit

Good for an overnight stay on a budget.Posted May 12, 2013
One night stay for an early flight from Luton the next morning. Did the job at just £37 for the night for a single room. Public areas are good nice bar and restaurant area, but rooms are a little bit dated. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's similar standard to a Premier Inn. In Luton it is one junction up the M1 so it's a bout 5 miles from the airport. Thats means the hotel is half the preic of the Premier Inn and Ibis at the airport. No major plus no major bad points. It worked well for me.

Excellent for one night Luton Airport.Posted May 7, 2013
Location: Good Parking.
Good value for one night for Luton airport. The rooms are old but ok and clean. Like all things in life you pay your money and you take your choice.

Avoid if you can, NOT as described!Posted Apr 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
Worst hotel I have stayed in, thats form a person who almost lives in hotels up and down the country. Paid extra for a better room, was promised a double bed , coffee making facilities, tv with satellite channels, view of the city, toiletries. What I got was a opened up sofa for a bed, a toilet that didn't flush, no TV, a shower that was blocked, no coffee making facilities, a view of a 24 hour petrol station. When complaining and asking to change rooms (4.30pm when I checked in) I was told I got the room on a good deal, if I don't like it they will not charge me and I can find myself another hotel as they are already over booked by 2 rooms. I am usually a very passive person, but this was too much, avoid this place if you can!
