Great Stay.

Nice stay. Had everything we needed. About time to get new towels, but they were clean. Desk staff extremely nice. Arrived late (2:30am) on Christmas morning after driving all day. Called ahead to let staff know. Staff was waiting & extremely nice & accommodating. Will stay again.

Nice hotel close to Bargins Galore on 64

Pros: The staff & cleanliness of the room
Location: We were there to experience Bargins Galore on 64
The staff were very friendly & knowledgeable & the room was clean. Only downfall we stayed on the 2nd floor & no elevator & suitcase was heavy. Waffle House was next door

I always stay here when visiting my mom. The rooms are clean. You have a microwayve, refrig as well as a Patio area out by the pool. The patio area is covered and there is a grill for cooking out. I have tried the other hotels around town and they do not compare to the Days Inn. All the staff is friendly and always accomodating.

BED BUGS

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Extermination of bed bugs, staff, customer service.
We were in town for a wedding. About 15 minutes after we checked in while sitting on the bed, I noticed a bed bug. After getting our belongings out of the room, we went to the office. I advised the desk clerk of our findings and asked to check out and get our money back. She was less than pleasant to deal with. She stated since we booked through Expedia, we would have to get our refund from them. I asked for their phone number. She stated she didn't have it. She seemed put out and I advised her that it was us that is inconvenienced by this. She stated, "I'm sorry you booked through Expedia." I said, "You should be more sorry there are bed bugs in your hotel." She said, "Go across the street, I guarantee you you will have bed bugs there too." The number she gave me for Expedia was a wrong number. Very poor customer service. Before leaving she said, "Go ahead and call my manager and tell him how I acted." Expedia was great. We were able to get a refund at this Days Inn as well as a different one we were staying at for the next night. We chose to stay at Holiday Inn in Lonoke, AR and then Forest City, AR. Had wonderful experiences at both of those!

When traveling to visit my Mom, I always stay at the Days Inn. Harry is always so accomodating and helpful. His rooms are always clean. They don't smell musty like some of the older hotels do. The hotel is well maintained. The flat screen televisions installed in the last year sure are nice. It would be nice thou if the sleep timers were activated on the tvs, as well as the HDMI jacks. My Mom like to watch movies at night. Sometimes we fall asleep and the TV is on wasting electricity. Unfortunately, the HDMI ports are disabled so I have to bring my own TV. Overall this is an awesome quiet place to stay. Restuarants within walkinjg distance, etc.

Pros: location
Cons: Provide a continental breakfast and I would do a random quality check on the cleaning.
Location: Attended a funeral.
Overall the entire stay was good. Was disappointed they did not have a continental breakfast but they did give us 10% off at the Waffle House. The room was somewhat clean. The edges of the carpet needs to be vacuumed through out (especially behind the recliner). The rest of the room was clean.

Nice hotel near Searcy, AK

We stayed here while dropping my daughter off at Harding University. Was close to Searcy, but far enough away from the chaos! Very clean and spacious rooms with great temperature controls and even a ceiling fan! Very easy to get to and park with our trailer. I will stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

Pros: Easy to book on the web.
Cons: Include breakfast, newspaper, other perks for the price.
Location: You have to be going to Beebe for some reason. Not much to do. I had family business, in and out.
Saw the pool and it was clean and being used. The room was clean. The air conditioner and the TV worked well. The shower head was the pits. Wouldn't adjust to a decent spray. Bathroom exhaust I could hear running but not exhausting. Had hair dryer, iron, microwave, refer, coffee maker, didn't use them. No breakfast provided. 10% discount at Waffle House next door. My dad, staying in the room next door, was called by the management at some late hour to come to the front desk to sign some forms. He was with me at check-in but no mention of him needing to sign stuff. Though this was one of only three hotels in the area, and I got a discount thru a travel site, the rate was too high for what we got.
