Good location , Every thing close

Posted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: I liked the staff that took very good care of me and was helpful any way they could. Room cleaned real good every day.
Cons: the toilet and the smell from it
Location: everything close. Subway around corner , I 5 minute walk
The check-in was fast and easy. The person talk somewhat English. When I reported a problem , it was immediately taken care of. The staff is very good. I said no hot water and was told that it takes time and I let it run and had hot water like she said. The only bad thing was toilet didn't flush good and no windows.

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Close to center
Cons: Staff
staff cannot speak english. They are not willing to answer yr questions, and they are very rude. we stay two nights there but better not stay there. Staff give u a shitty face if u ask them question. The room is small, old. Actually is an old hotel.

hotel médiocre, personnel très désagréable

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Rien

Typical Chinese hotel mediocre service and quality

Posted Aug 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
Your average Chinese hotel with the usual so so service. Was surprised to see this kind of level hotel on Hotels.com. Staff could not speak English, used apps on cell phones to communicate with foreigners, as I can speak Chicness so was not an issue but think it was for some other overseas guest. By western standers room could be cleaner and maintained better. A/C drop water all night. Internet in room but have to pull in laptop with internet net cable, Wi-Fi only in lobby of hotel. My phone could never connect to Wi-Fi as it being to slow. Local is great! Subway short walk away, lots of bus, lots of restaurants in area, next to internet bar, and bank that could exchange foreign money. You basically get what you pay for. I did not expect much when I travel China so might stay there again but location was good. But I know some westerns would not like the place.

Tight budget travelers only

Posted Jul 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
Close to Nanluoguxian, which is a renovated Hutong (alley) with little shops, restaurants and westernized bars. 10 mins away from the subway. The staff does not speak English (which is pretty common in China) but remains pleasant. Wi-fi only available in the lobby (Smoker-friendly, like the rest of China). The room itself was very average, private bathroom, but the AC didn't work well, so I advise checking before settling in the room. The air is was a little stuffy, but it may not be a major deterrent for travelers looking to save money. Typical Chinese budget hotel, but I'd recommend checking out youth hostels which are more accustomed to western tastes. I would not recommend if travelling with your partner.

Location:
