Staffs should be more kind

Pros: Close to Beijing Jiaotong University
Cons: Staff should learn to be more kind
Location: Beijing zoo, also a vegeterian restaurant nearby, quite good
Staffs in the hotel not helpful, they are more kind to their members, not kind to normal guests. They said check in at 2, but the truth is they ask us to come after 3:30 because of their membership guest can leave at 3. And they even reject to provide a temporary place to rest for elder people.

ホテルとしては安くて良い場所にあり満足しました! ですが今回は一度予約した日にちをキャンセルし再度希望の予約日に予約し直したのですがホテル側はキャンセル出来ておらず必死に携帯の予約表を見せたりカタコトの中国語でお願いしたり大変でした。結果部屋は用意してもらい安心しました これはHOTELS.COM側のミスで残念でした。 今後このような事にならないよう注意して下さい。

Helt okay för det priset

Helt okej ställe för det priset man betalar, Tyvär röks det flitigt över hela anläggnigen såväl i hissen som lobby och koridorer. "Hotell området" består av en gränd som vid mitt besök ver helt upphuggen och det är väl så att növändiga renoveringar utförs under lågsesång så det är bara att gilla läget. generelt ett hetl axeptabelt hotel....

Location: Es necesario coger un bus para llegar a la parada de metro más cercano.
Escogí este hotel pensando que seria un hotel de mediana calidad (***) y la verdad que me llevé una gran decepción. Las imagenes de las habitaciones no corresponden a la realidad y la verdad que es dificil de encontrar, sin mencionar que no hablan nada de inglés. La habitación era doble pero sin mucho espació y con claras muestras en la pared de humedad.

Very small rooms

Rooms are very small,if you don't speak Chinese better skip this hotel. Towels and sheets are very ugly/they lost a color/ . Location is ok but very dirty around there. One nice thing is zoo and aquarium just 5 min walking distance.

Ok place for budget minded.

Pros: Location to metro and grocery store about 15 min walk away.
Cons: Train the house keeping to do a better job. The complementary water jugs had algae in them. Over face lift of the rooms much needed.
Location: Beijing zoo and aquarium is across the street but read some reviews on the zoo and opted not to go.
Front desk staff spoke very minimal English, but tried. The room was ok size however house keeping could use some pointers on how to keep a room clean. There were sunflower seeds on the floor when we arrived and still there 6 days later. There was noticeable mold on the wall near the front door, the whole hotel could use a fresh coat of paint. The name on the front of the hotel didn't say Beijing Meiyuan Hotel at all. It was called Golden Inns. Plus google and expedia pined it in the wrong location. Not far off but left us going in circles for a while. Keep walking pass the Shangyuan hotel ( according to google it was behind this hotel) and pass the university (expedia said it was next to the university) after the street turns to your right you have to go left on a cross street. Its across from the aquarium zoo and over pass.
