An almost new hotel, positioned on the upper floors of a 66 floor tower offering panoramic city views that sadly were only 25% effective due to appalling city air pollution. Excellent staff and rooms. Restaurants serving mostly non- Chinese food, a vital fallback. Hotel organised a two-day private guided tour by an English-speaking Chinese guide. Extremely worthwhile and essential during the National Day holidays. Would happily return.

The staff took our anniversary seriously with a dozen lovely touches from roses and fruit basket to complimentary dessert tray at dinner. Attention to detail that we don't always see in hotels in China. A delightful visit--not the cheapest, but terrific value for money.
