“Excellent”

The staff were so helpful, it was amazing. The next time I will not take the fast track and metro to the hotel. There are no elevators in the Beijing Metro. Take a cab to and from the airport, it is not that expensive.

we recieved a free upgrade to a deluxe room and that was a lovely surprise. it was a shame we were only there for one night as the bed was super comfy and the breakfast was great. thankyou!

“Highly recommend”

My husband and i stayed here after we had finished a 7 day tour of China. We paid a little extra to get a room on the premier floor and i can say it was well worth it. We recieved priority check in on the 12th floor and numerous other benefits. The location of the hotel is fantastic with the subway station right out the front, a supermarket about 2 mins walk away and a heap of different shops - everything you could possible want. The staff were very helpful and most understood and spoke english. The room itself was quite spacious and was clean. The only issue we had was that the aircon/ heating didnt seem to be working properly. So while it was very cold outside it felt like the tropics inside. Overall i would recommend this hotel to any traveller.

Very clean rooms with very friendly and professional service. Train station is practically right outside. It is very convenient. There is a bakery that sells delicious bread right next door.

The hotel is conveniently located with a metro exit just in front of it, walking distance to major attractions and shopping malls across the road! The hotel is very organised offering decently priced tours, maps, guidance and everyone tries to make sure you will have a good time in Beijing!

“Perfect for exploring Beijing”

Great hotel. I had an economy room with no windows which was fine for me as I wasn't spending much time in my room. The room was clean and had twin beds (firm mattress) and a small desk. The front desk staff were very helpful (spoke English very well). I had to switch rooms because of an air conditioning problem and they were very accommodating. The hotel has a small convenience store, an ATM and several other amenities. Best of all there is a bakery right next door to grab a quick breakfast before you explore the city. The subway is just a few steps from the hotel which made getting around super easy. I would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and spacious. It is located in the central Beijing, next to Chongwenmen metro station. Absolutely value for money!

“Great location and excellent economy room”

Location was great, close to malls, restaurants, and able to walk to Tianamen Square and Forbidden City. The economy room was surprisingly pleasnat, clean, spacious and modern. But would pay extra for window. Did not care for staff though. Tended to be aloof, not the most pleasant group. Would recommend though.
