The hotel felt like a 'safe home' from which we ventured every day. Wonderful location - we were able to go about using the subway ( just next to the hotel). Starbucks just across from the hotel was a plus for us. Also ate at hutong nearby. Staff friendly & helpful. Would certainly go back again !

“Beijing's best hotel”

This was my first trip to China and we stayed in Beijing for the last leg of our trip. We are very happy that we have chosen Park Plaza. This hotel location is great, Wangfujing is the high standing neighborhood and in a walking distance to many restaurants and luxury stores. The Forbidden City is within 15-20 minutes walk. It was great. We will stay at this hotel again if we are back in town.

Conceige were helpful and pleasant. Check in was fast. Room was good and modern amenities. I like hotel of this size, small, but services just nice and complete. Hotel entrance was hidden behind Regency Hotel and took the taxi 15 min of effort to find it. Website could have given some pointer on this.

“Great hotel”

Overall our stay at this hotel was great. The only thing that I was not expecting was the 45 minute wait when we checked in because our room was not ready. But overall this hotel was great. Great location, nice & clean rooms, very accommodating staff that speaks english.

Hotel was everything the previous reviews said it was. Room was very clean and the staff was great. No problems at all. Would stay there again. I have stayed at a 5-star hotel near the airport and this hotel was half the price and much better.

Absolutely excellent. We upgraded to their "Business" class room and the benefits that came with that were really good value and would have saved us money overall on breakfasts, drinks etc.

“Great location, helpful staff, clean but not extravegent room”

I used this site to find a hotel in Beijing and was 100% happy with the choice. I was on a long business trip moving around Beijing and this was my third hotel. It was the best value and the staff was the most helpful. Our reservation was for the club level and while the "club" was not the best, it did have a free computer. The best benefit was it qualified me for a late check out - 4pm - which meant I could spend my last day in Beijing touring and then grabbed a shower before my flight. The rooms were not huge but they were thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable. The neighborhood was convenient, close to the subway and within walking distance of many of the sites.
