Super friendly staff with quite a few that speak English. The hotel is in very good condition and the rooms were big and clean and in a perfect location of Beijing near all the attractions like Forbidden City and the subway is right outside the door practically. Amazing hotel for the money and location!

“Park Plaza Wangfujing is a winner”

Location is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, helpful, accommodating. The hotel itself is very, very nice. I took advantage of the spa and gym. They were well maintained, appointed and the staff was really friendly.

The interiors of the building as well as the rooms are well maintained. The front desk was very helpful in getting the rooms ready for us well before the check-in time. The concierge was also very helpful providing recommendations and helping us make restaurant reservations. The hotel is located about 4 blocks from Wangfujing St. which is very convenient for us to get bottled water, food and also shopping. Dadong restaurant is just across the street and Lei Garden is just next to the hotel with a Starbucks located just outside the hotel. A great experience and a wonderful stay.

“The best hotel I ever stayed”

This hotel located in the heart of Wangfujing; easy to get the subway system, and night market. Not to mention to visit the hostorical Beijing. The staff are professional and friendly. The price is reasonable. I feel very confortable to stay over there. If I were visit Beijing again, I will definitely stay there.

It didn't seem to matter what is was we asked about, but they tried every which way to help. Everywhere in the hotel was the same, but the concierge staff and front desk were especially helpful, wish I had written down all their names, I just called them 'the boys'.... they are terrific

“Ideal Hotel and Location”

The hotel and its location were ideal. The Wangfujing shopping are was only a few blocks away as were restaurants and several upscale shopping malls. The Forbidden City was also nearby and easily reachable on foot. The hotel accommodations were modern, attractive and extremely well-maintained. The buffet breakfast each morning was outstanding with a large selection of both Asian and western dishes. Would definitely select this hotel again for a future stay in Beijing.

Great hotel, price was right and the neighborhood was safe. The rooms were large and clean. The service was first class. The most important thing it was easy to communicate with the hotel staff and they were helpful in recommending resturants and thing to see(such as the silk market).

Always stay when coming into the city for the weekend. has all that I need . I always leave refreshed and ready another months work. Would not stay anywhere else.

“Centraly Located”

This is a new hotel. Centraly Located. Maybe 2km from the Forbidden City. Expensive Breakfast. Try the Continental breakfast, much cheaper. This is a Starbuck's Café nearby. Good and Clean Room. Fancy bathroom. Plasma TV in the Room. There are some good and cheap restaurants nearby, but serve only chinese food. There is a metro station behind the hotel. Would stay there again.
