“best in beijing”

“Best business hotel in CBD, Beijing”
a very new hotel with nice staffs, eager to know the travelers' response. all the people are nice. there is a TV in the luxrious bathroom, and free high-speed internet access, wonderful for business use. the only thing I felt that should be improved is the slow check-in process.
“Best breakfast buffet in Beijing.”
Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, and as I said above, the best breakfast buffet in Beijing. This was my second stay in the hotel in the last three months. When I go back, I will most definitely stay at this hotel again.
“Good value and location”
This is the only hotel I stay at during my frequent trips to Beijing. The rooms are very comfortable and well kept. The staff is always courteous and helpful and the downstairs lounge is a nice place to meet business collegues and friends for a drink and chat. The hotel is located in the Central Business District near several major tourist attractions and near numerous restaurants and shops.

I was there with a family and the staff welcome us as if we were high officials. I felt that all the staff were well trained and were kind. Most of the staff communicated well in English also. The food in the hotel was very good, but a little expensive for family. There is a MacDonalds just around the corner and a beautiful mall just 15min walk with Fatburger and other western restaurants.
“Excellent service and comfortable rooms”
My family loved our stay here for 7 days. It felt like we were coming back to the comfort of our home after a long day of touring in Beijing. Our room was very clean, bed comfortable, and the staff was always helpful. It is 10 minutes walking distance away from Walmart, the subway station, and many restaurants. We had a 3 year old with us so it made the walk a little long, otherwise, it would have been even better. Highly recommend it if you want to stay away from the busy streets of tourist attractions, as it is about 30 minutes away from the Forbidden City (with traffic). ( From here, it takes about $40 RMB to take a taxi ride to the tourist areas, or $2 RMB via the subway.). I would not suggest booking tours through the concierge (it much cheaper booking them online), but the staff can point you to the major attractions.
“good rooms but a bit out of the main CBD”
new and modern rooms with prompt staff. The heating in the rooms could not be adjusted and it got a bit too warm on some hotter days in March. The doorman/women couldn't understand much english which makes it hard to explain where you want to go when not familiar to the city. The doorman and concierge were relatively youung and didn't know the location of many places around town. Usually they can translate a place name from English to Chinese, no problems, but when it came to giving directions to the driver it became a real problem. Its a new hotel so not many taxi drivers know the location unless you have a hotel card with a map. Very Good hotel for the price as long as you can navigate your way to where you want to go with confidence.
“Good clean, modern hotel”
Hotel is clean modern and very friendly. It's a bit further away from Sanlitun the place where the action is.
“brand new and beautiful rooms”
From a 5 stars hotel I was expecting more care in the details. The room was clean, although not perfect (under the bed). Good buffet (extra) for breakfast and good food for room service. In our room we also had the TV in the bathroom.
