“Good quality but needs English...”

Pros. 1- Very well located especially to business travellers. 2- Nice,clean, new hotel 3- Staff is very very polite and trying to be helpful Cons 1. They really dont know English. I tried to order something to eat to my room. At the end I requested then to come to my room and show what I want to order.. I would recommend this hotel especially considering the price/value ratio. “great hotel and breakfast; wrong location”

This hotel is clean and has a great breakfast buffet that includes a few Western items (100 RMB, or ~$17). The nearby restaurants are limited. A good northern Chinese place is east of the hotel, and a Japanese restaurant is across the street. Some authentic, 24-hour local places are just north of the hotel. For this entire area, a translator app for a tablet is a really good idea. The 'point at the picture' method does not work well here when ordering food. It might be squid, frog, beef, chicken, stomach, ... you just don't know because once it is chopped up until little bits and mixed with spices, it all looks the same. The secure area for items that won't fit in the room safe is the floor behind the bellhop desk. Only a couple of the front desk staff speak moderate English, and all of the staff that I met were kind and helpful. I found it funny that the mini-grand piano in the lobby was playing Christmas carols in the middle of May. I suppose the music is pretty to them. Caution: the hotel is not located at the same spot shown in Expedia/Google maps. It is actually east of that location by a fair distance.

“Best business hotel in CBD, Beijing”

a very new hotel with nice staffs, eager to know the travelers' response. all the people are nice. there is a TV in the luxrious bathroom, and free high-speed internet access, wonderful for business use. the only thing I felt that should be improved is the slow check-in process.

“very impressed”

The hotel amenities and service were excellent. Beautiful and comfortable accommmodations and very reasonable prices considering quality. Wish we had been able to stay longer than one night. I can not comment on location as we were not able to get a good feel for that. Unless you are happy to always catch taxis or buses though it is good to be near the subway in Beijing.

“Best breakfast buffet in Beijing.”

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, and as I said above, the best breakfast buffet in Beijing. This was my second stay in the hotel in the last three months. When I go back, I will most definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Great hotel with excellent service”

Stayed at the hotel for 4 days and the price was very reasonable due to promotion. However, we had to pay a hefty deposit upon checking in. But we got the full sum back when we checked out. The hotel itself is very new and the condition of the room was impeccable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is not bad either, and is a short stroll to the subway. This is one of the best 5 star hotel I have stayed at so far. Highly recommended.

“Good value and location”

This is the only hotel I stay at during my frequent trips to Beijing. The rooms are very comfortable and well kept. The staff is always courteous and helpful and the downstairs lounge is a nice place to meet business collegues and friends for a drink and chat. The hotel is located in the Central Business District near several major tourist attractions and near numerous restaurants and shops.

“Beijing's Best New Hotel”

This hotel is simply luxurious, especially it's Spa VIP rooms, huge pool and jacuzzi area. Lots to choose from its 5 restaurants, bars, cafe, lodges, even reception/convention halls. The executive floors are effecient with its private staff services, lodge and meeting rooms. Very impressed with their well trained, helpful and fluent English staff. Hotel is well located with lots of good fast food restaurants just few blocks away. Walmart, cinemas, department store all within walking distant. Taxis are fast and inexpensive in western standards. It was a pleasure to have stayed here. Stayed last year, and it is getting better every time.
