You Want to Stay Here!

This hotel is impossible to rate highly enough! The hotel itself is amazing with very comfortable rooms, a great pool/spa area, and convenient access to the city. The customer service was fantastic! No matter which staff member we were interacting with, they were polite, responsive, and proactive in making sure that all our needs were met. We travel a lot, and this is by far the best hotel experience we have had. I would absolutely stay here again.

A very good hotel. The room was excellent in every aspect (e.g. bathroom layout, lightning, room temperature etc). A very nice pool and sauna.

Terrible! 5* hotel with less than 1* service

Pros: New hotel, near wangfujing
Booked for 3 persons for 1 room with breakfast but only allowed ONE person for breakfast. Not to mention, not extra bed provided. The front desks, tried to 'lecture' me over this matter that it is their promotion and in China, when you booked for 3 persons, they never give 3 breakfast. Funny, isn't? ridiculous. And the amenities were also only for 2. And the BIGEST mistake was that, the room was pre-paid but during the check out, they asked me to sign the bill and claimed that the room has not been paid. Even charged my credit card THREE times during my stay with an excuse that 'the room rate for the night is increasing'. At that time, I thought it was for guarantee but in fact, it was because they thought the room hasn't been paid yet. But, even if that is the case, shouldn't the rates during my stays were fixed rates since I have pre-paid the room? even for walked in guest, the rates should be fixed. Otherwise, what is the point to book a room? if you can just increase the room rate during the 'D' day? totally unacceptable. The staffs are also not friendly. No greetings or whatsoever. Probably, they are only nice to certain type of guests? which is a poor attitude.
