Väldigt bra förutom..

Vi trivdes riktigt bra på sofotel Wanda! Det var jätte fint och lyxigt och personalen var jätte trevlig och serviceminded, speciellt Anne. Men vi hade både problem med att ställa in en behaglig temperatur på AC:n (det vart antingen 18 eller 28 grader) och i duschen. Ibland tog det flera minuter innan det kalla vattnet kom och vid det laget var vi nästan skållade. Annars var även rummet väldigt mysigt och fint.

Great Hotel and Location

The room was very nice with many luxurious features, especially the bathroom. The hotel staff was very helpful, welcoming and eager to offer any assistance if needed. Located close to 2 subway stops, restaurants, and the impressive CCTV building is withing a few blocks from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Beijing.

掃除はベットメイキングやタオル等の備品を揃えるだけかと思うくらい、バタバタでした。 最低限、テーブルを拭く程度のことはやってほしかったな。自分で拭いていましたよ。 2枚のカードキーは、毎回2枚とも反応しなくなり、その度にフロントへ。手間も時間もかかり、とても憂鬱でした。 アメニティは、口コミにあったロクシタンではなく、ランバンでした。

Great hotel in great location and great facilities

Pros: Excellent facilities, prompt, intelligent service, 'human' athmosphere for a big business hotel, good quality of food throughout including breakfast
Cons: Understanding of Chinese staff or foreign languages and guest mentality
Location: Good location also for the difficult traffic conditions in Beijing
A thoroughly enjoyable experience with very friendly, intelligent staff especially at reception, concierge and room services, who make one feel 'at home' even in a big business hotel in Beijing. Can only recommend it.

Good service standard. Located in between Guomao station and Dawanglu station; would require a walk of about 250m. Grey facilities: pool, gym, steam bath.

Nice hotel in downtown area, close to shopping

Welcoming staff, not as fluent in English as I was assured prior to visit. Quick room service response. Attendant for pool bordered on annoying, insisting on showing me how to enter through locker rooms on a daily basis.

Booked a luxury (club) room, but was told that I couldn't enjoy the club service because I booked from the outside website at a lower price. The money you pay here for a luxury (club) only grants you a room on a higher floor (25F+). NO CLUB SERVICE, and the luxury club room is not nicer than a luxury room at all.
