“Good Value for the location”

Stayed here for 2 nights. Good Value for the location. A bit outdated for the room but it's ok. Close walk to metro ( 5 min ). Centrally located.

“Somerset Firtune garden Hotel”

While on the surface, this hotel looks clean. However, when you start looking at it closely, particularly, the bathroom, it is not. You could tell that the cleaning ladies only clean the surface. The toilet bowl, the wash sink and the corners in the bathroom were very messy (black). And it mildly smelled of sewage. We were a family of four but they only gave us breakfast coupons for two. And the quality of breakfast was mediocre at best. There was one lady serving (she was wearing sweat pants). I also had to pay 100 RMB for internet access. And I had to repeatedly ask the front desk to open up my telephone to make outbound calls. The rooms were big enough and comfortable but all in all not very attractive. You could tell that this was a renovation of an old building. The paint job was pretty amateurish.
