Three open kitchens serve Western and Asian food amid a contemporary backdrop generated by orange pillars, dark brown furnishings, and circular curtain of red-glass Chinese lanterns. Glass wine cellar holds 1,400 bottles. Buffet spreads for breakfast, lunch, and dinner complement à la carte menu. Huang Ting - Stone posts from a 200-year-old Suzhou mansion set the stage for this Cantonese restaurant fashioned after a Chinese noble courtyard. Antique wooden lattice screens and hanging Chinese lanterns match the Ming dynasty-style chairs. Separate tea area with three tables, traditional Chinese tea pots in a 250-year-old stand, and antique bird cages. Dim sum specialties offered during lunch and on weekends.
