S.T.A.Y. - Created by Yannick Alléno, S.T.A.Y. (Simple Table Alléno Yannick) offers refined and innovative French cuisine in a stylish and contemporary space. S.T.A.Y. mixes simplicity and modernity to create an interactive and a unique dining experience featuring two major concepts - the Communal Table with sharing-style customized menu and Pastry Library, an interactive platform for both the pastry chef and guests. Open Monday through Saturday for lunch, Monday through Sunday for dinner, and for brunch on Sunday only. Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant.
Shang Palace - Exhibition kitchen with chefs preparing classic Cantonese and Pekinese cuisine. Overlooking the gardens, with marble, granite, and glass softened by yellows, reds, and golds of deep-pile carpet. Glass columns illuminated at night. Abalone-shell motifs and precious stones set in walls, tables, and chairs. Open for lunch and dinner.
Café Cha - Open kitchens and staffed food stations-including a Western grill, pizza and tandoor ovens, noodle and dessert stations, and a seafood bar-offer a wide range of culinary styles, with chefs preparing dishes to order in front of guests. The cool green decor reflects the garden setting. Open early morning until late evening.
Lobby Lounge - Popular venue for morning coffee, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, with bright decor enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking gardens. Refreshments served in the terraced garden, weather permitting. Piano music each afternoon; live band playing classic Chinese instruments in the evening. Open early morning until late evening.
Cloud Nine Bar - Angular ceiling lanterns, a crystal-glass backdrop, and a palette of crimson, orange, and purple create a mythical feel. A band performs each night.
Garden Bar and Terrace - Snacks and drinks are served in the 3,000- square-meter (32,000-square-foot) landscaped gardens by the koi pond and waterfalls. Four pavilions, named after the seasons, serve traditional Chinese delicacies and a wide range of teas. Open mid-afternoon until late evening.
Nishimura - Wooden floors, light-wood wall panels, and a soft-beige decor, with sushi/sashimi bar, teppanyaki grill, and two tatami rooms serving Japanese cuisine.
The hotel has a well equipped health club, 25-meter indoor pool with sauna (complimentary), and signature spa, Chi. Bicycle rentals are available onsite.

This treatment indulges the senses and recharges the body and mind in a half-day spa experience that combines “Uplifting Himalayan Bath Therapy,” “Revitalising Essential Wrap,” “Mountain Tsampa Rub,” and the “Invigorating Himalayan Healing Stone Signature Massage.”
Chi balance (80 minutes)
A unique blend of Asian techniques personalised to suite each guests current Ying/Yang status, focusing on the earth element (building chi), wood element (moving chi), and fire element (clarity and peace of mind). Techniques include acupressure, energising massage for “yang” stimulation and a relaxing massage for “yin” calm. Pure oriental element oils are used to harmonise chi flow.
Mountain Tsampa Rub (60 minutes)
Softer than salt, this Tibetan Tsampa barley rub is the ideal postscript for relaxing massage, absorbing the oils and leaving the skin exfoliated and fresh. The use of essential oil encourages skin rejuvenation whilst the grains gently remove dead cells. Skin tone and texture are reviatalised and refreshed.
Crystal Energising Facial
This pampering treatment employs the power of nourishing Biodroga face cream to treat skin with crystal wands for optimum results.
