Very Good hotel that's in Hamra & close to airportPosted Aug 14, 2014
Everything was good but the AC is weak where it the fan was on the highest and we sweat while we sleep. In comparison with the investment it is very good; I strongly recommend.

Good hotelPosted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: The staff.
Cons: Location/view but that can't be changed obviously.
Location: Close to Hamra street where there are a few good places to eat. A bit of a walk to anything else in downtown Beirut.
This was a very good hotel with some of the nicest staff I've ever met. Always said hello and goodbye as I entered and left the hotel, always asking how everything is and if I'm comfortable, always smiling and going out of their way to help when I needed it. It is a bit of a walk to most anywhere, especially the walkway by the sea, and the view was terrible but other than that it was good. If I come back to beirut I will most likely stay here again.

Generally our stay was good. We liked the variety of food offered in the free breakfast. Rooms are comfy but bathroom could have been better (not expected in a 4 star hotel and lack of enough good sized towels)

Solid 4 star hotelPosted Oct 7, 2012 on Hotels.com
Stayed there during october 2012. Upgraded to a superior room. Friendly and helpful staff on the reception. Breakfast is very good. Cleanliness of the hotel is good and good bathroom, the rugs are a little dirty and there is some signs of wear on the ceilings and walls but nothing to worry about. You can book this hotel and it will give you peace of mind, but dont expect 5 star, this is a solid 4 star.

Central, affordable and okPosted Sep 29, 2012
Pros: Microwave available in the superior suite
Cons: Tiny lift, lobby and restaurant
Location: Off Al Hamra street. Quite central.
The hotel is quite small starting from the lobby to the restaurant which has very limited items for breakfast. The rooms are roomy but the towels are horrible. They lost they colour white and turned into grey. I would suggest to bring your own towel.

My VeiwsPosted May 23, 2012
Great Hotel, Great Staff, Great Services. No Car is Required if its decided to do shopping at Al-Hamra area. Al-Harma Street is always a busy street and full of activities (shopping, Restaurants, ... etc). therefore, if you are driving you may use the sea side road to reach the hotel faster.
