“I will never return to this hotel”

I was not impressed by this hotel at all. My bathroom was damp and water was leaking from the ceiling above. My shower also leaked all over the bathroom floor. It was not an experience I would like to go through again!

“Horrible Hotel. Don't even think of coming to this dump....”

We booked this hotel because we were in dire need of AC, but it was a huge mistake. Our room was damp and smelly, the bath tub was rusted, the sheets were even damp from the humidity because the AC wasn't working. It took ten attempts and 24 hours before they finally gave us a room that did not feel like a sauna. Half of the staff was rude, and the other half just had no ability to help us. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incompetent, there were lines of people waiting for the very small elevator (one of two was not working) and people were smoking wherever they pleased, even inside the elevator! Bottom line, I've been in many hostels and they were much nicer, much cleaner, and in way better condition than this so called 4 star hotel. Do yourself a favor and don't do it!
