I came to Lebanon to attend a wedding and tourism and staying at the Lancaster was convenient to get to place and get back easily.

Lancaster hotel is a nice hotel to stay at. Food at breakfast and room service was not great, and of a low standard. Free airport shuttle service is a bonus and it's located near the sea (corniche). Staff at reception were useless, especially female receptionist who were always talking to their friends on the phone. Don't expect any help from them, I was ushered away once by them! Rooms also need more sound proofing as it gets noisy outside at nights. Bathroom was leaking so floor was always wet and no hand towel rails or hooks to hang clothes/robes in the bathroom. TV was slow and room was very dimly lit.
