I didn’t have a good experience in this hotel and I would not recommend it for anyone who cares about their health. I booked to stay for five days and was barely able to sleep through the first night due the mold issues in the AC vents. I had a sensitivity reaction and couldn’t breath properly, so I had to check out if the hotel earlier than the end of my stay. The receptionist was trying to convince me that black mold is a normal AC condition that did not affect health in any way. I have requested a refund for the rest of my stay and the receptionist told me that I had to contact Expedia and talk to them about the refund. When Expedia agents spoke with the hotel they refused the refund. This hotel doesn’t care about their guests nor do they understand the effects of mold on health. Not recommended at all, there are better hotels in Beirut that are new and clean and will not cause any respiratory issues.

Thank you for your review. Our front desk supervisor did inform you after checking with the maintenance department which they confirmed that it was not mold yet paint residue. Nevertheless, our front desk supervisor offered you to re-allocate to another room which not a suitable solution for yourself. We at Saifi Suites care about our guests and their health even though the hotel is running on a high occupancy all year long we are having on a daily base's preventive and ongoing maintenance.Should you which to discuss the situation with us please call +961 01 566 567

Great Hotel
Great hotel and great location. Only issue that pillows were very soft and I am a side sleeper. Had to get pillows from outside.

Superb
I had a wonderful stay at Saifi Suites, Beirut. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. An added bonus is the balcony. The staff is friendly. The location is in the downtown area and there are restaurants and shops close by.

The hotel is in a great location, a few steps and you're on Gemmayze street or a short walk to downtown or Achrafieh. Free valet parking, 24/7 electricity and wifi, great restaurant. Hotel staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful, the service was excellent. Highly recommend Saifi Suites - we will definitly return for our next stay.

Absolute perfection! My stay at the hotel was nothing less than great. It is very well located and the design of the facility is elegant and comfortable. Modern and cool!!
We chose the place because of the location as it was very central to the must places to visit and we where pleasantly surprised to see it’s restaurant is one of the “it” places to hang out among the locals as well!

Overall very good hotel
Everything was great (room size and amenities , hotel location etc). The breakfast wasnt great though.. Should be improved in terms of variety and taste.

Excellent location, lovely area near Geymaze, mar mikael, downtown all walking distance. Super quiet rooms, I did not hear others on rooms and did not hear outside noise. Only issue I encountered was the heating system was turned on for winter during my stay, but the weather was mild outside, so the room got stuffy so when I talk to the hotel they said to just turn the vent off because the heating system with the one in the hotel, so the air conditioner would not work, so I opened the patio and got air in , I heard some traffic noise but actually it wasn’t even that bad with the window open. I would recommend this hotel due to location, comfort and value.

Fantastic location and lovely hotel! A quick walk or even shorter cab to all the city’s landmarks and key areas. Comfortable and clean rooms with good AC and Wifi. Definitely recommend the hotel!
