I reserved and paid for a suite with a separate bedroom weeks before my stay. Once I checked in and went to the room I was in a normal hotel room. Not at all what I paid $240 for, and definitely not what I reserved. I was never notified of this change, was never offered any sort of refund, discount, or compensation for this change, and the woman training a nice young girl at the counter was ridiculously rude. Not to mention there were other guests at the desk disappointed as well, so this seems to be how they normally operate… unprofessional, rude, and not honoring reservations. I left the hotel and went to stay somewhere that they value not only my business, but also understand how customers should be treated. I would never stay there again.
