Gostei bastante da minha estadia, o atendimento é muito bom, os quartos sao arejados e limpos. Bom café da manhã, e otima localizacao, pois é proximo ao shopping e diversas atividades de lazer da cidade.

Good Location, Generally Clean, Plain Rooms

Hotel Experience: Amazing lobby Rooms are plain, extremely plain, but very clean Room Interior: The TV is hanging from the ceiling Shower door wouldn't close There are switches in the nightstand to turn off lights --- I really hate those :) Check in Experience: The reservation price included breakfast. I checked in at 9am and realized I was checking out very early at 4am, so as I was hungry I asked if I could have breakfast that day as I would miss breakfast on my checkout day. I thought it was a fair request; I had flown since 3am and was hungry. The front desk attendant said no and that it wasn’t possible. I was like, OK and proceeded to ask where the closest bakery was. Another front desk attendant overheard this and went to the mager who approved my request as I wasn't asking for anything for free, basically replacing breakfast from one day to another. My advice it to ask for a supervisor, be professional in how you ask your request, but don't take what the front desk attendant says as a final answer. Most of them are not trained in Customer Service. Belem Hotel Advice: Crowne Plaza is close by. I encourage anyone wanting to stay in this neighborhood to compare there two hotels. Then, make a decision on the best one for you. Good luck in your hotel search in Belem do Para!

Hotel is fine, a bit busy when i was there, location is ok, a little walk to the theatre or the churches, a nice walk, not bad, swimming pool, ok, though it is surrounded by buildings so almost no sun, only around noon, the staff doesn't speak english, , and that in a business hotel, other than that for the price i payed, i would try a nother hotel the next time i visit belem.
