Inside the building is very nice and clean but, outside is not very nice, streets are dirty and smells bad. I love the hotel and definitely will come back.

Dining room waiter, Filipe, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our dinner special. The front desk staff also went the extra mile to get an electrical adapter when ours wouldn’t fit. Super service!

Someone stole my Apple AirPod from inside my room. Don’t trust the employees. I spoke to the manager and he said “our employees are trained well.” Don’t leave your valauble things inside the room. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with the hotel.

This hotel is probably still the best in Belem. The rooms are huge, but some parts, like the hallway and lobby are showing signs of some age, not too bad though. Safety is important, and it is definetely in a good area, restaurants right nearby. Only 5-10 minutes drive to Boulevard shopping mall, and maybe 15-20 minutes only from the airport. This should be your go to stay in Belem if their prices aren't too crazy when you book, good for when they are in the $60-$100 range I would say.

Best hotel in Belem but the communication is Bad. Telephone lines do not work to call the hotel. Its web page is not updated. Dead Line. Outdated email. It seems no one cares.

It’s OK for the price. Didn’t provide hair dryer. They need new towels. Air conditioner was great .Good Ladies shopping in the area and restaurants. Money exchange half a block from hotel. I felt save in the area.

Old property and definitely not 5 star! Swimming pool is not opened, and gym is in horrible conditioned. Also, I had a friend visiting me and we went to the restaurant, then I got a call when I went up to my room - saying they were charging me for two people! Ridiculous - the heavy guy with curly hair in the reception was very rude too! I do NOT recommend this horrible hotel!

I like the hotel and always come back, but it has some details to take into account. The ramp entrance is too narrow because the bar took most of it. Breakfast must be improved, not only in quality and diversity, also giving more utensils to serve from trays. Personnel is magnifique

The site says free bottled water mini bar doesn’t state that the free bottled water isn’t in the mini bar. That the water in mini bar actually costs and you have to notify the desk for the free bottled water

O hotel é super bem localizado, quartos bem limpos e amplos. Wi-Fi péssimo, precisei trabalhar e não tive como fazer nada, pois o Wi-Fi não estava bom por uns 2 dias. Isso não pode acontecer em um hotel deste porte. Televisão em hotel de Belém parede que é sincronizado em ser ruim. Um canal pega daí o outro não tem volume e o outro fica parando e por aí vai. Daí vc tenta acessar seu Netflix( internet não suporta). Café da manhã muito bom, boas opções. Agora a conta que eu achei estranha, cobram 26 reais por dia de taxa de serviço, eu acho isso um absurdo. Não é a primeira vez que fico neste hotel( tive minha 6 estadia nele ). Mas irei reconsiderar sim sobre minha próxima escolha. Melhore sua internet, cobre uma diária com todas as taxas inclusas e melhore seus serviços de tv a cabo. No resto não se pode reclamar de nada.

I love how the location of the property is literally walking distance to everything. Across the street you can change your money and there exchange rate is way better than the airport. A lot of good restaurants, bars, and live music on this street. Hotel is very clean and fancy! The views not very much.. my window was a view of a roof top next door that is under construction. Some staffs were friendly and some staffs at the front desk weren’t much. I feel like they aren’t very welcoming. No smiles and greets. The ladies don’t look very happy. The breakfast buffet is good enough. Fresh fruits, fresh juice, and delicious cheese. Just basic breakfast like biscuits and hard boiled eggs. The restaurant menu during lunch and dinner is good. Risotto was great and the fish ball with tucupi. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and would stay there again based on the location of the property and cleanliness.

Great hotel in a beautiful location. Very courteous and accommodating staff. Highlights were the location and the breakfast. I also loved the pool and gym. Great value for the price. I'd recommend that they work on the common areas, especially the lobby and the hallways at each floor. There is no light or AC in the lobby, which gives the guests a horrible first impression. It feels very dark and damp when you first get in. Same goes for the hallways--there are no rugs, no furniture, no flowers, no AC. It looks very stark and uninviting, and smells damp because of the humidity.
