“Well located and good valaue”
The Days Inn Hotel was in a great location, able to walk to all of the city sites, find restaurants, and other amenities. While the hotel is simple, it was clean and good for the price paid. We did book ahead and got a discounted rate that was non-refundable.
“Location, location, location.”
Great location, within blocks from city center and great pubs. Not a fancy hotel but I was only there to sleep and couldn't beat the location. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.
“Best Hotel in Belfast”
Great Hotel. Best location. Very clean and safe. Sandy Row has shops and the locals are very friendly. Will be back again.
“Not recommended”
The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the breakfast wasn't bad either, though they were having 'grill issues' on my second day so I couldn't even eat. Lights in the hallway go off if no one is walking around, I guess it's set off by motion detectors but anytime I came out of my room it would be pitch black (because the lights INSIDE the room only function with the key inserted-I hate that) I had to run out and wave my arms around to get the hall lights to come on so I could see anything. Maybe it saves the hotel money on electricity but it also saves me from ever staying there again.
“Convenient but Basic”
The room was very basic but satisfactory. The location of the hotel is very good - close to where the action is in Belfast.
“Not Impressed”
We choose this hotel because of the location and that it provided parking. I hoped that it being in the city center but just on the outskirts, we wouldn't fight traffic as much. That was not the case. Better directions to the hotel would be extremely helpful. The hallway carpet is very stained. The room was clean. In the middle of the night there was a man across the hall kick a door trying to get in for well over an hour. My husband confronted the probably drunk man and he swore about not being able to get in. My husband suggested to him to check the room number and if necessary go to the front desk. Later we heard more kicking at a door, possibly a floor down from us. The walls are NOT well insulated. We arrived at the hotel early with the idea of just parking and walking around, but they gave us the room early which was nice. Location was good for walking around town.
“Excellent value.”
Excellent location, excellent service and information from the folks in the reception area.
“Hooligans and fire”
The hotel and its employees were pretty much OK. As we got ready to go to bed around 10PM we looked out the window and there were a group of 15-20 hooligans in the parkling lot behind the hotel drinking, whooping it up, setting fire to the wooden pallets. About midnight we were awoken by the sound of very loud sex from the same vicinity. Other than that, it was great!
“An ok. hotel”
The Hotel is located across Victoria Station and few blocks from the opera and pubs. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful.
