Great place to stayPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
The only reason it didn't get all 5s from me is the valet parking attendant was hard to find. And there was no rubber duck in my bathroom. Loved that little touch last time I stayed there. Overall though, love it.

Dated Decor and NoisyPosted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Chose this hotel for the price, but paid in other ways. Only some rooms in the hotel have air conditioning, ours did not. Windows on the 11th floor open to the outside (would be a safety concern for parents with young children), but noise from street level very loud, so unable to cool rooms off and get a good night's sleep. Rooms very tight. Linens and bathrooms were clean, however, despite somewhat dated decor, and we had somewhat of a view which we had asked for. We had the opportunity to be in another hotel a block away with others from our travelling party, would not choose this hotel again in comparison.

Excellent central locationPosted Aug 9, 2013
Location: Very central and less than a couple of minutes from the bus station
Excellent central location, large room with a very comfy bed, spacious bathroom had an awesome shower with separate bath, very friendly and helpful staff and had a great breakfast on final morning. Was good to be able to leave our cases too as our flight wasn't until the evening. Enjoyed the Irish show though thought a bit pricey. Will definitely look here first if we ever go back to Belfast.

Central Belfast.Posted Aug 8, 2013
Pros: Good staff. Very friendly.
Cons: Concierge could be more part of the hotel staff and a bit under staffed. But they tried hard and all recommendations were great.
Location: Best location. Can walk everywhere.
Just touring central Belfast. Perfect place to stay.

Didn't live up to reputationPosted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our stay was satisfactory but I expected more from a hotel with a four star rating. We have travelled all over the UK this summer and stayed in a range of hotels. For the price, I did not think this hotel was worth it. We stayed in cheaper hotels that had better rooms, available Internet in the rooms that did not cost above the room cost, and daily newspapers provided at no cost to the client with a free full cooked breakfast included in the cost. It seems to me the Europa is resting on the fact that an American president stayed there years ago.I wonder what he paid for Internet access ans a paper? The Europa could learn from some of the more mid range hotels.
