“Would stay again for sure”

Hilton Belfast was a fantastic hotel. The concierge was most helpful with answering our questions and providing great ideas for our short stay in Belfast. The breakfast was great - lots of variety. My family and I (six of us in total) would most definitely stay there again.

“Hilton Belfast City”

The hotel was nice, the room large and nicely appointed. The breakfast service was nice. Most of the staff were very nice, though a few were officious which detracted from the stay. The location is it's greatest disadvantage, though it seems central, it isn't and is actually a bit out of the way.

It was hard to find, but it's close to shopping. Could walk to everything I needed.

“Definitely not 5 stars!”

Hotel looks great. Lobby was nice. Beds were terrible. We had a King size bed and it was like sleeping on a slab of hardwood. Staff wasn't too friendly. Location somewhat ok. Parking very expensive... and that was the discounted rate!!! We asked for help from the staff 3 times and were given wrong information all 3 times. Finally, we needed to make a long distance call. We called front desk to ask where we could buy a calling card. They said they didnt know but would find out and call back but they never did. Breakfast was great!

“Just okay...”

The concierge service was good, but front desk just okay. The bar was very good, but surrounding area, just okay. Nothing outstanding. However the beds were hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.
