A lovely location

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Good location, pleasant staff, wonderful breakfast and coffee
Cons: Room a little bland. Duvet could be thicker.
Location: Convenient to airport and Motorway. Ideal location.
Convenient to the International Airport, all the facilities you will ever need and a superb golf course too. The breakfast is to die for. Typical Irish hospitality.

Valentine's Night 2015

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: The hotel was modern but had a homely comfortable feel and grounds are really lovely.
Cons: I think a few of the bar staff who take orders from the table are a little young and inexperienced and found it difficult to take come drink orders.
Location: Location wise, it is perfect and easy to get to. Instead of having a meal in the hotel, we went to Bambou Chinese Restaurant and was superb.
Have never stayed in this hotel before and was very pleased with it. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel ,handy to airport

Had a lovely time. Great value for money. It was our wedding anniversary and the was a card and dessert selection in the room on arrival.we requested breakfast in room as we had early flight next morning. Some of the things we asked for (pastries, fresh fruit) didn't arrive which was disappointing, however we weren't charged for room service so it wasn't too bad!!

Great hotel for a family week-end away!

Posted Feb 3, 2015
Pros: Staff, room, cleanliness, pool.
Cons: Dinner menu. Had 2 dinners at the restaurant, which was convenient, and the food was ok, but could have been better considering the prices
We stayed for a week-end with two kids. The hotel is a short drive to downtown. W5 in Titanic Quarter was a hit with our 2 and 5 y.o, we spent about 3 hours there. The breakfast at the hotel is very nice, lots of choice - cereals, yogurts, breads, cheeses/ham/salami, smoked fish, porridge, eggs etc. The pool is wonderful too, water is warm, the kiddies loved it. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant is simply amazing, very welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
