Close to Belfast city.

Posted Nov 2, 2014
Pros: Good location and easy access to Belfast city.
Cons: Free internet
Location: Close to Belfast city.
We stayed in this hotel during a family holiday. Reception staff were very friendly and tried to check us in early but there were no rooms available. We felt the room was not up to Hilton standards. Beds were creaky and really needed replacing. But amazing views of the Golf course. Pool and Gym were adequate. Breakfast was alright. I don't know why we have to pay so much for the internet when rest of the hotels provide complimentary internet.

Thank you for taking time to review your recent visit to Hilton Templepatrick using this site. I am pleased that you found our location good for visits to Belfast City Centre. Whilst I see that you found our Pool, Gym and food to be pleasing, I am disappointed that you did not find our beds to be comfortable. I will certainly investigate this matter with my team. I hope that you will have a future opportunity to visit us when you will be able to avail of the complimnentry WIFI which is available in all public areas of the hotel. Warm regards Paula Collins Hotel Manager

Handy hotel for Belfast

Posted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: The location was excellent - 20 minutes and you were in Belfast City centre.
Cons: Definitely the quality of the beds.
Hotel facilities were good but watch out for bar prices as two large soda water and limes came in at £9.30. Rooms are well-sized but the bed was in need of replacing - squeaking at every movement and very lumpy.

Great hotel, bad location

Posted Sep 17, 2014
Pros: Clean rooms, good service
Location: Nothing to do near by.
Great hotel and customer service; however, the location was about 25min driving distance from the city center. You have to take a taxi to the city center because there is no other type of transportation.

A great place to stay for a short break. We were there as a family for the first ever trip to Ireland. We had booked 3 rooms and had a great time. The bar is good. Everyone was very friendly and courteous!!

Just one night

Posted Sep 2, 2014
This was the last night of our 2 week holiday and it was lovely. Just one little problem--when we arrived reception told us that breakfast was £10 each and would could pay on our 'way-out'.During breakfast a very nice lady told me that we did not have vouchers,so the price was £14.95 each. When I told her what I was told on arrival she immediately apologised, took me to reception and organised the vouchers. The breakfast was excellent.

Thank you for leaving us your feedback on this site. I am delighted that our team looked after you well on your return visit. I was however, most disappointed to learn that the quality of food in our Restaurant did not meet your expectations during your stay. Please be assured that this is not the standard of service we aim to provide at Hilton Templepatrick and I will of course appropriately address your concerns with our Executive Chef and his team. I do hope that you will visit us again very soon. Warm regards Paula Collins Hotel Manager

The name confusion in Expedia costed me because Hilton templepatrick is specified as Hilton Belfast templepatrick. Otherwise the stay was very good. Morning staff did not inform me about the complementary ride back to the international airport but evening staff did...
