Gorgeous Hotel close to everything

Posted Feb 22, 2015
The hotel is gorgeous. Staff were very friendly and we were given a free upgrade to business class room because they couldn't find our booking when we arrived. Food in the restaurant is good - although the maybe not hinge portions. Room was fresh and clean with a huge bed and bath. Very close to town, only a 10 minute walk to the back of Victoria Cross SC.

Nice hotel in a quiet setting

Posted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: Excellent location, easy to reach the centre, we walked to get the bus to the airport with our cases at the station and it wasn't too bad a walk.
Cons: Allocation of rooms on arrival could be better, given a wheelchair access room with a joining door which wasn't very practical for us. Menu.
Location: Black cab tour of the city was fantastic. Really enjoyed the Titanic experience and nearby dry dock. Crumlin road jail was also very interesting.
Modern hotel set in the old gas works area of Belfast, which is a lovely setting and a short enough walk from the City centre and some lovely restaurants. We found that the hotel restaurant was nice and had lovely staff, but the menu was a bit limited of choice, what we did order was good quality and presented well though. Was a bit surprised that they had ran out of Prosecco, especially as the menu was an Italian one. We decided to eat out the other two evenings, partly to have more choice but mainly to explore the City. The room was comfortable enough but we were given a wheel chair room which was a bit odd, it was a bit uncomfortable having to bend for the sink, among other things. The room also had a joining door to the next room, which was okay until one of the nights our neighbours arrived home at 1:30am and were very loud, this was made worse because of the joining door. We just found it a bit odd and inconvenient that we were given a room suitable for disabled users or larger families requiring a joining door on check in. The room itself was nice and clean, although we did find the bathroom was a little dusty and the grout between the tiles had a bit of grime. The hotel was nice, but I think it could have been a little better, especially from a Radisson. But taking everything in to context I would stay again. The hotel is set in a nice area and Belfast is a brilliant city, I really enjoyed our stay in the City.

Pros: The staff, the comfort of the room and being within easy walking distance to the City Center.
The hotel is within easy walking distance to Belfast City Center and the railway station. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful during our three night stay there. The room we stayed in was very comfortable.

just a two min walk to shops, pubs, trips ect very helpful staff excellent bar food. Restraunt over priced for what you get though! Breakfast is lovely high quality. A few minor repairs was needed in bathroom (loose toilet roll holder and burst shower pipe over bath) fantastic value for money staff couldn't have been better!

Goed hotel op 10 minuten lopen van het stadscentru

Posted Feb 3, 2015

Hotel with convenient location

Posted Dec 16, 2014
Pros: The staff and amenities were first class at all times.
Cons: All was satisfactory for us.
Location: The Gasworks site is very well maintained and looks very impressive. It is within easy walking distance of the city area.
The Radisson Blu is within easy walking distance of main bus station and city. The Gasworks signs are prominent. (Name of area where hotel is located). Belfast was very very cold, but winter coming from Australia made it seem colder still. The city is easy to navigate and there are an amazing number of things to see and places to go. We did a day tour to the Causeway which was truly spectacular . All being well we will return in the not too distant future.
