Cleaning staff not good!Posted Sep 18, 2014
Pros: Front desk staff and the restaurant staff are excellent. Keep up the good work front desk! Kudos to Connor! The location is great!
Cons: Improve your housekeeping department and train that man to focus on cleaning instead on his cell phone.
Location: Location was the best, its near everywhere and mostly in all the attractions.
I had booked Ramada Hotel in Belfast because Ramada had a name and reputable hotel establishment in States and Canada. We stayed for 4 nights and front desk staff was great & helpful. So the next day we expect our room would get clean. We were out the whole morning and came back the room wasn't clean again. So I saw a man staff talking in his cell phone while supposed to be cleaning the other rooms and requested nicely to clean our room since it hasn't been clean for 2 days already. After our tour we finally wanted to rest and hoping to see our room clean before eating dinner that night. Oh yes, it was cleaned but the man who cleaned the room left the collected garbage on top or our desk plus the garbage can also on top of the desk. Maybe he forgot to come back for it. So I called front desk and advice them of the garbage being left on the desk with the garbage can left on top of the desk. We went to dinner that night and we came back it was still on the desk. I went down to complain again to the front desk talked to another person named Connor. I asked him how long does it take to take a garbage of our room and told him about the situation. He emailed housekeeping about my complained and in few min. the garbage was picked up. Thank you Connor for your fast response and delivery. That shows there something wrong with housekeeping staff and needs to be investigated. Connor you made our stay much better, all my request you made it happen with fast turnaround

Great locationPosted Sep 9, 2014
Cons: Room service ... Tea coffee etc was not refreshed
Location: Only 10 mins by taxi from Belfast City Airport. Very easy transfer for less than £10. From the hotel you can easily walk around all the main sights.
It was a very busy weekend in Belfast due to two major events. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great. The cathedral quarter has some lovely bars and restaurants, with cobbled streets and wall murals.

Met my expectations, would stay there againPosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Location is great, in the cathedral quarter
Cons: There were not many extra services available like food after 10pm
No frills but nice and clean and good value. I had expected this out of my stay here and I was very satisfied. Would stay here again happily. Breakfast was a little expensive if you wanted it in the morning but was very comprehensive and qood quality.

OK - For one nightPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Convenient location. Reasonably priced.
Location: Very convenient for city centre and the bars/restaurants of the Cathedral Quarter
Stayed one night after a social evening. Basic hotel which is ideal for that kind of stay but I would not have liked to spend a few days here for a city visit.

Clean and comfortable.Posted Aug 17, 2014
Stayed here with my family for two nights. Clean and comfortable rooms though nothing fancy. Bar and restaurant downstairs serve good food and drink, not too expensive and staff are friendly.
