“Fine, central hotel”

Perfect location, very comfortable and modern, fairly quiet for central city, good internet service and helpful staff. The restaurant hasn't quite come together as far as its routines, especially dealing with the breakfast crowd, but the food is fine. An excellent hotel.

We loved it! Walk to everything from this hotel. We had trouble with parking as the road is extremely busy. FYI just pull to the side of the hotel and a bell boy will park your car overnight for or across the street there is a car park for a little less per night. We used the car lot since we did not see the pull in for hotel parking. I love the in room stereo, lighting, decor, all rooms had glass mirrors for doors in the hallway. They have the details that make a stay nice.

It only took 1 minute to get checked in after a long and grueling flight. Everything was exactly as expected. The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. It was a perfect example of good service without becoming invasive.

Very new hotel, with a great location and attentive staff. Bar and bar food were good. Breakfast was nothing great, but there are a lot of options nearby to satisfy.

We loved the Fitzwilliam and would go back in a heartbeat. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and obviously very proud to work for the hotel. The eco-philosophy was very prominent but the elegance and comfort were not at all compromised. Lovely hotel, great location, exceptional service.
