“Affortable Hotel in the heart of the city”
For the price and after reading other reviews I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean modern room with a good sized bathroom. The location was probably the biggest advantage, as it is right next to Donegall Square, downtown shopping, and several pubs.
They have wireless internet, but the cost is not included with the room. The bathroom was a good size. The showers were big enough to fit a person bigger than a leprechaun, but probably not big enough for a person of significant girth. The shower head was mounted reasonably high, but a little ducking is required for people 6' and up - nothing new to tall folks.
Noise, neighbors, etc: Here's the deal - this place is pretty cheap and it's within 3 blocks of a dozen bars. That means that people that like drinking and making noise will be close by. It also means that it's a pretty great place for young party-goers to stay when on vacation. If you are here on a Friday or Saturday, there will be loud people outside and there is a good chance that as the night/morning wears on, many of them will make their way back to the hotel rooms near you. If you are a light sleeper and you don't want to be bothered by young folks, you may not want to stay here weekends or holidays.
