Pros: convenient location
The room was rather small, and the bed creaked in the night! Otherwise it was very good.

I informed the apartments about arrival time but i didnt receive any mail from the hotel informing me that there was no reception at that time, so it took some time to figure out how to get to the hotel and find our room key from the safe. Beware: Dont expect to be informed !! Reception was very friendly in the hotel. The hotel is located very close to train station. Nice rooms, but bed and pillows aren't comfortable

We stayed one night on our way to Tuscany. It is a cheap clean stop which provides what it says on the label. Plenty of reasonable places to eat in the town centre which is a short walk. If you want the Ritz go elsewhere. Safe parking

Was alright. Everything in luxembourg was too expensive so we stayed here. Not nuch to do in arlon but still a decent place for four people

the location is good, the rooms are comfy although the sofa beds are very noisy. Try to also avoid conjoining rooms as the neighbours can be a little noisy.... other than that, the reception is always helpful, the location is good to travel to Luxembourg and the price is good as well.

I made Online Bookin around 21h00 & arrived at approx 21h30 hrs to find reception closed and I had no key or room number but a sign posted on the wall above a safe deposit box saying "Out of hours arrivals please phone the number below". phoned the number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes l NO ONE answered and all this time I am using a foreign mobile phone to phone another country roaming!. gave up and looked at the text confirmation from Hotels.com so called the UK help desk number only to be put thru to India that failed , put thru to france - paiid AGAIN for room but no key still then they hung up on me. Back on phone to India then USA and eventually after 4 hours i get a room and a key !!! So...... I booked a hotel online at 21h00, arrived 21h30 and got to bed at 01h30 in the morning. All this after a 1000km drive, and god only knows how big my phone bill will be this month !!! All restaurants closed so eaten nothing for 12 hours and went to bed on an empty stomach but happy in the knowledge that I had a bed finally and only paid twice for the privelidge. To say the seamless booking, paying and checking in process failed miserably with this hotel is a bit of an understatement, but it is a hotel I have used before and will do again.

Short stays (1-2 nights), and be aware of out of hours check in as the reception is closed and no one will be there. You need to call a number to deal with your room allocation. Not the best service as i was obligated to pay again for the room by the phone witch they refunded in the morning when I showed the hotels.com reservation and full payment. Not what you want when arriving late and tired...
