Mixed emotions. Nice hotel. Poor service attitude!
The reception was quite rude and made no attempt to speak English even though he knew I was English and spoke to him in French the whole time! Another guest was staring at us and laughing as we left in the morning. However, breakfast was tasty and good choice, room comfortable with a great coffee maker and location quiet so we slept well.

Management: when a customer books a room with three beds it's not your concern whether that customer is alone or with fifty people. Your concern is to make the room available to the customer. Corporate: you might want to review the staff at this franchise in Belgium. Breakfast is nice and it wouldn't be fair to take that away from the kitchen staff. We had a great breakfast but will avoid this property in the future because of nosy receptionist ugh!!!

Nice hotel in a quiet area
I stayed here with the family and enjoyed our stay. The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. One thing I wasn't happy with was lack of food choices at breakfast despite coming good 30 minutes before it finished.

Great welcome, with after hours vending machine
With the window open - it was hot hot hot! Rather too much traffic noise. But it was a heat wave! If you like warm, it would fine.

No Air Conditioning but Good Price
Cons: No AC in the rooms and no screens in the windows. (Typical European Style Hotel) Luckily it was only 70 and muggy. We slept with window open, lights off, and curtains closed to limit the bugs. I can't imagine staying here whens its 90 degrees! Food in restaurant was very good for dinner. Typical European breakfast included and also good. Pros: Cheap room as we only need a place to sleep. Not too much around there and local restaurants close early.

Hotels worth a stayover for 1-2 night
We have used this Hotel many times to break our journey to Switzerland, it is a very good hotel, quiet, clean and well staffed with very obliging people. Will be going again

Okay for short stays.
Stayed one night for a business meeting in Capellen, Lux. It is just outside the highway, with big free parking, on site restaurant and a bar at the lobby. The room was spacious although it took some time to make it warm enough. The bed was comfy with extra pillows. In short, all was okay for a one night stay.

Great value for money
Nice, comfortable and well located property with own parking 20 minute drive away from Luxembourg and 5 minute drive from the historic and picturesque town of Arlon. The staff were brilliant and the room spacious, impeccable and very comfortable with a lovely window that opened to the garden. Breakfast was included and it was faultless with great choices for everyone. A definite must for someone visiting the region. Another plus:cheapest petrol we found in our 10 day journey.

Family of four stayed here for a night. Smallish room, but clean and had everything we needed. Sofa bed converts to two separate twin-size beds. These are very comfortable and firm, unlike sofa-beds you'll find in American hotels. Best value here is the breakfast, which was delicious. You can squeeze your own juice with a cool machine that turns whole oranges to fresh juice before your eyes. Coffee out of automatic espresso machine is flavorful and strong; make a cappuccino and spike it with a double espresso. Cold cuts are deli quality and there were also omelets and warm sausages. This is a great benefit of staying in Europe in American chain hotel - included breakfast for four easily makes up for half the price of the room. Nearby is the town of Arlon which may be worthwhile a quick tour, but there seems to be not much within walking distance of the hotel.

Staff are fabulous. I was taken ill during my stay. They organised for me to see a doctor and adjusted the bill when my friends and I had to curtail our stay. I cannot speak highly enough of the attention we received. .
