Amazing venue, very welcome after a long journey in the relentless rain!
The centre is extremely comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the accommodation spotless and so comfortable.
This is the first property I’ve ever been to, that didn’t have air conditioning. The staff I spoke to clearly explained that air conditioning is not normally needed, which I totally understand. I opened a window, a cool breeze came through, and I slept well. Great hotel, great staff. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a very difficult time finding the hotel and the few staff that were around we not very helpful. Not sure if this place is more for large groups or what.
It was a strange experience. The surrounding area was very nice. The hotel has good infrastructure. The service is so-so. We arrived late in the evening around 20.30and there was no 24 hour reception. They had an envelope with the key for the room. I went to the room and was not cleaned. It was in the condition from the previous guests. Hard to sort out this situation when there is no reception. WiFi is only at the lobby but it is really slow almost is not working. Breakfast is at 14 € but you do not feel the freedom to eat as much as you want despite the fact that is buffet. I make a sandwich for after breakfast and they complaint to me which I think is unacceptable for 14€ breakfast.
Revision of prices and efficiency of services will make the hotel way better.

We very much regret that your experience wasn't positive in Mont-des-Pins.
However we would like to react to some points :
- Mont-des-Pins is not a hotel, it is a vacation center. The reception indeed closes at 8PM on Friday. For every guest that comes after that time we contact them individually in order to give them the procedure.
- The room you were given at check-in was not clean and once again we'd like to apologize for that. This is due to a miscommunication and it shouldn't happen. Our collegue in the bar quickly found a solution for you and gave you the keys of the room that initially was booked for you.
- Breakfast is a nice varied buffet with warm and cold products. You arrived after 10AM on the 1st day. Our collegue let you in despite the fact it was over. She had begun to settle for the next day.
In any hotel and center in the world the customers are not authorized to use products of the breakfast buffet in order to prepare own lunch packet. Our staff decided to let you know it on the 2nd as they saw you prepare several slices of bread.
Mont-des-Pins offers the possibility of getting a lunchpacket prepared by our staff.

A last-minute get away to the Durbuy area. Beautiful scenery and a hotel room that had a beautiful view of the tree line and was immaculate.
Reception was very helpful. Easy access to Durbuy and surrounds.
--> Oh for a coffee/tea maker in the room.
It's a nice hotel for the price. The location is good if you have a car. The breakfast is okay but a bit expensive. The beds (bunk beds for the kids) don't work for everyone.
This was for the 82nd airborne remembrance march so there was a group of 7 of us. The wifi is not in the rooms, only in the lobby. So any time any of us needed to contact home we were in the lobby, it wasn't very convenient.
Good place to stay with family and pets. Close to busy town but away for guiteness and kids to run around outside. Definitely on our return list. Thanks to great staff.
The hotel seems quite new and is very nice. It is difficult to find as it is not actually in Durbuy. The rooms are large and very well furnished, although nowhere to hang (Wet) clothes. Your clothes always get wet in Spa. Good breakfast on offer, but it does not open till 8.00am. Missed it on race day as needed to leave earlier.
The hotel is 60 minutes drive from the circuit through lovely countryside. Durbuy itself is lovely. A selection of super restaurants set around a large courtyard area. Good prices an lovely food. A far cry from the chips and mayo offered at the track.
Very good value and a place we will certainly return to.
Room was a twin with a bunk bed. Rooms were clean and functional but far from luxurious. Location was scenic but some way from places to eat. Our experience with the in-house restaurant was not good, the waiter did not speak English, nor was the menu in English and food was not to our liking.
Le cadre est très joli et le personnel fort aimable, par contre l’isolement des chambres est minime, on entend tout du couloir, les enfants qui courent et crient à partir de 6:30-7h en continu pendant 1h30, c’est pénible et ça empêche de se ressourcer comme attendu dans un cadre pareil.

Effectivement, nous sommes un Domaine de vacances qui pendant la basse saison offre l'opportunité à des écoles de venir profiter d'un séjour en pleine nature. Dans ce cas, nous mettons un point d'honneur à toujours prévenir nos clients de la présence de beaucoup d'enfants ainsi que de proposer un upgrade ou d'autres alternatives afin de pouvoir se ressourcer en toute tranquillité! Hele mooie plek, prachtig natuur. Het is ook een accommodatie voor grote groepen wat soms wat geluidsoverlast kan veroorzaken en accommodatie heeft geen airco. verder prima verblijf het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Prachtige locatie midden in de natuur, super vriendelijk personeel mooie kamers, en een uitstekend ontbijt mss een kleine tip een mini koelkast in de kamer of een frisdrank automaat in de lobby zou zeker handig zijn maar voor de rest is deze Leuke gezellige hotel zeker de moeite waard wij komen gegarandeerd nog is terug bedankt voor het leuke verblijf ons verlengd weekend was dankzij jullie goede service meer dan geslaagd
Hotel einen Monat zuvor über Expedia gebucht, direkt nach dem Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung festgestellt, dass die Buchung für den falschen Monat war. Daraufhin das Hotel gleich schriftlich kontaktiert mit der bitte um Stornierung. Leider keine Reaktion seitens des Hotels, auch weitere Nachrichten blieben unbeantwortet. Kontaktaufnahmen durch Expedia mit dem Hotel blieben ebenfalls fruchtlos.
Da die Buchung nicht erstattungsfähig war, blieb ich auf den Kosten sitzen.
Das ist sehr ärgerlich, dass das Hotel auf keine Nachricht reagiert hat und auch von seitens Expedia hätte ich mehr Hilfestellung erwartet.
