Nice hotel ideal for Spa Franchorchamp circuitPosted Jul 22, 2014
A well located hotel finished to a good standard. Overall it was a pleasant stay although we found the bar staff slow and tried to charge us for drinks we didn't have on a couple of occasions.

Nice new looking modern hotelPosted Jul 17, 2014
Cons: beds....... air-con
Overall nice hotel, very tight parking garage if you have a large car, nice facilities but the beds are rock hard and difficult to get a good nights sleep on,and the air conditioning is non existant, its more like a warm fan at best, we had 4 rooms booked and all had the same issues so not a 1 off case...All staff very polite..

Lovely town, great base for a Spa track day.Posted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: Clean, great location
Cons: Restaurant staff could show a little interest.
Location: Oldest Casino in the world, Spa baths, Spa circuit.
Went for two nights, very nice clean hotel. Food average, staff friendly though restaurant staff a little ambivalent. Lovely town to look around check out Stavelot if you have time and then drive around and around Spa it is an amazing circuit.

Loved the location, hotel was great!!!!Posted Sep 8, 2013
I was looking for a nice overnight getaway and I truly found it. The rooms were great, breakfast was nice and not to mention the access to the spa.

Gone downhillPosted Jun 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is still generally a very good hotel. Convenient for Les Thermes and good amenities. However, they have gotten in the habit of serving rotten fruit at breakfast and with desserts, which is not acceptable for such an expensive hotel. I complained about rotten pineapple and grapes, then the next day it was rotten grapefruit and mandarins. The internet was also very slow and seemed to have problems. This hotel needs to sort out these problems.

Handy town centre hotelPosted Jun 18, 2013
Pros: Location and comfort
Cons: Parking and lack of leisure facilities during our stay
Location: Very central
Excellent central location in Spa, although, while we were staying, there was a music festival in the town which meant it was a bit noisy at night. However, the ability to walk out of the hotel for a meal or drink was useful and the centre of the town is pretty. Parking was a bit difficult, partly due to the fact it was a busy weekend, but the spaces at the front of the hotel were hard to get and quite narrow and the garage entrance was also narrow. Breakfast was good. A big disappointment was that the thermal spa was closed for its annual refurbishment while we were there. The hotel had phoned to warn us of this in advance and as we were visiting for an event at the grand prix circuit at nearby Francorchamp we could not change our dates. Seemed odd not to do your refurbishment in February or another quiet month rather than in mid June??

Very nice clean well appointed hotelPosted Jun 17, 2013
I was very disappointed to hear that the spa and all its facilities were closed for planned maintenance and nobody bothered to inform us in advance and the hotel showed little or no interest.
