Really dirty and unclean on a basic level, old and not renovated for a years. Breakfast with poor choices.Only staff is friendly. I would say 1 and half stars.

Rooms need investment based on my stay.
Staff pleasant, room less so. TV not working, fridge noisy, radiator/pipes a little noisy, even after I switched off as not needed in June. Plug socket nearly out of wall, plumbing of one pipe in bathroom nearly out of wall. Hairs on carpet. Windows and curtains, plus shower, felt old and in need of a clean/refresh. Could only gain cold water most of the time. Mattress firm but felt springs, wants replacing. Told breakfast was 7-10 but missed it on very first morning as not advised a conference meant it was cut to 9:30 end on the day.

Great place to stay
There was onsite parking downstairs when we got to the hotel. The receptionist was helpful, even at the current covid situation. The rolm was amazing, 2 floors, downstairs flat and bedrooms upstairs. Both bedrooms had en suit bathrooms. Woukd definitely stay again

Excellent location and staff. Bery good breakfast and overall cleanliness and services. Notorious parking issues not only in Zemun but the entire city of Belgrade.

There were ventilation noises or something similar beside the room 310.Not really a problem if the stay is short.Otherwise very pleasant, good restaurants around nice walking area near the river

Good value
The staff at the hotel is great and very helpful. The hotel rooms are little rundown and very small, but it was a great value so we were willing to overlook it. The water ran hot, the beds were more like a memory foam mattress but were comfortable. The breakfast was nice with plenty of options and the wifi was fast.

Very nice hotel in a great location
Really loved everything about this hotel except the bed was not comfortable.Horrid foam base. Breakfast was delicious and staff very helpful. We would certainly stay again.

On the banks of blue Danube ...
Very friendly, helpful and full of Serbian hospitality staff at SideOne made me feel just like at home. Literally on the banks of Danube, in lively Zemun. Fantastic stay. Highly recommended. See you next time.

nice hotel close to everything, right on the river
Great location, close to shopping, cafes, restaurants. The staff is very helpful, eager to serve. The breakfast offers a variety of foods of all kinds, great place and a true bargain.

Good breakfast is only good about this hotel.
Smelly shower booth and the toilet due to the high humidity and small room with broken window make you quite frustred during your sleep in the room. The noisy air conditioner may bother your sleep,served old shower towels,small table but offer wine,glasses,chips that does not allow you to put any your personal items. Parking is available outside of the road where you could hardly find the space after 10~20 minutes circle around the area.

Out of the Way - Quiet and Relaxing
This hotel is good value for money, but not located city centre (def need to drive to centar). The room for our family of 4 was a little cramped and quite musty smelling. The staff were just gorgeous though and the breakfast was ample and fresh. Located right opposite a lovely path that travels along the Danube. Many local restaurants within a few minutes either side of hotel. Great for travellers with a car.

Good value and location if looking to stay in Zemu
Like many Serbian hotels, this one resides in a fairly run-down area. That being said, the service and facility is quite good. We were greeted warmly even though we spoke no Serbian and were accommodated very nicely. Cleanliness is something I personally appreciate above all. This hotel gets 4 out of 5 for being outstanding.

Hotel on the bank of Danube river with the river greeting you at every glance from the window (room that we had). Two minutes to the daily big colourful market. Promenade directly where the hotel is. Free parking. Lovely staff. King size beds. Well equipped bathroom. Just lovely.

Great and clean, don't count on parking
After changing several hotels in Belgrade I got this one, the hotel itself was pretty nice, quiet, good food, but as of Belgrade, there are no parking places, if you get lucky you will find one close to the hotel, if not, then it will be way off. Great for the money, but internet was not so good, would stay here again though.

Convenient and quiet!
Great value for money. Great convenient location and close to main road transport routes and on riverside strolling promenade. All room conveniences and modern decor and including solid buffet breakfast choices. Helpful staff with 24 hour reception. Will definitely stay here again!

we stayed there the first night, since we enjoyed our short stay we decided to stay our last bight in Serbia. the staff were very nice and helpful good location facing the Danube river.I recommend this beautiful hotel to all travelers.

We were booked and when we arrived they told us they could not find our reservations. They said no rooms were available and that they were expecting a large group. They said they would put us in a "nicer hotel" - the place did not even have hot water. The two girls were apologetic. I suspect they gave our room away. We notified Expedia and they were helpful - when Expedia called they said they had found our reservations--- a day after---interesting-- if it could happen to us it could happen to anyone. The lobby did look clean though.

We stayed overnight at the Side One Design Hotel. Overall, a decent stay. The Pros were certainly the staff. We had to leave early the next morning (4 am), but the staff had prepared sandwiches for us, which was very nice! Cons: No many. The wi-fi was a bit unstable, and dropped in an out.

A pleasant stay
Stayed there for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable. Glad they installed the air-con on my last day. The water pressure from the shower head is strong so its great.

Fantastic value
Excellent value. The only point to advise people about is that there is no lift, although there are only two floors. Ideal for under 50's. Staff very helpful and speak English well. On the bank of the Danube, and is the best value price for price we have ever had.

The hotel is situated in the new part of Belgrade, right on the Danube bank, the view is excellent. The hotel stuff is very attentive and kind. The rooms are very large and comfortable. I recommend this hotel
