“Amazing Value in Belize”

The rooms are clean, spacious and well furnished. Landscaping is beautiful. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

“Very nice secluded hotel”

This is a place to go on Ambergris Caye if you like secuded places. It takes 10 minutes by watertaxi to get to town. We had a 3 bedroom condo in a price of regular hotel room. Stuff was friendly and property is brand new.

“wonderful staff”

We had a wonderful stay at Las Terrazas. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. I thought it was very reasonably priced considering how nice it was.

“Nice Hotel and Very New”

This place was great. It was everything it stated in the description. Very new, very nice and the service levels were great. Be careful though as the staff will try to sucker you into a time share.

“Great Resort”

Great resort with great staff. The food at the resort restaurant was OK, however the service was excellent. Could not get a good internet connection at the resort, so went down the road to a local restaurant to get online. Will definitely return.

“Almost Done”

Las Terrazas is almost complete - their grounds are very nice and well kept - the rooms are also very nice. When we were there in the beginning of 12/08 the bar and restaurant was not yet open but they were working on it and it should be open soon. Have fun.

“A great and very resonable hotel”

We had a great trip. Las terazzas was very clean and the staff eager to please. Phase two is not yet constructed, and the resturant is not open. But, they do have a resturant just down the beach. We would stay there again. The service is not 41/2 or 5 satrs in the same way one would expect at a fine hotel in the states. In that the staff does not anticipate your needs the way they would at a 5 star, but they will get what ever you ask for. It is the islands afterall and I am confident that as the hotel matures the staff will as well.... Our children(ages 10&12)also loved the hotel.

Restaurant not yet open, good service, sailing and kayaks are free and great fun, water taxis are expensive as is the cost of food in the supermarkets

“Beautifully set along the coast”

Very modern and brand new, the rooms were spacious and well appointed.The staff were exceptionally polite, prompt, and helpfull. Surrounding the hotel is a truely fine collection of restaurants rivalling any anywhere. Though fine dining in the evening is easily accomplished, Croc's Barbaque doun the beach is truely a must go, the meat falls off the bone! San Pedro (toun) is colorful, and very rustic, and as well sports one great meal after another. Incidently the fishing right off the dock, and in the lagoon behind the hotel was a daily entertainment. Bring a Rod!

“Great experience!”

We stayed at Las Terrazas in February 2009. The suite was wonderful... It was large, the bed was comfortable, and the room had many amenities including a washer/ dryer (very useful to get rid of the sand!). The resort is new and the restaurant/ spa are not yet open. However, Journey's End is just steps away and as a guest at Las Terrazas, you have access to their staff, spa, restaurant, dive shop, gift shop, and concierge. All services utilized at Journey's End can be charged directly to your room at Las Terrazas. The resort's beach was one of the cleanest we saw on the island and, despite reviews we read about sea grass on the island, it was very easy to swim into the Caribbean from the shore. Everyone at Las Terrazas was very helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience!
