Great stay!Posted Jan 11, 2015
Highly recommend. Nice and modern hotel. Great staff, close to restaurants, water taxi and shops. Large rooms, quiet area, small beach area in front of the Palms. Definitely stay here.

Super laid back place to stay.Posted Dec 2, 2014
We took our two one year old grandbabies (along with their parents of course). This hotel is a small very casual three story condominium building with a pool. It is right on the beach with private sandy areas that are fenced off from the main beach. If you are looking for a five star deal, this place is not for you, however, it is super clean, comfortable, has a well appointed kitchen and is perfect for any family type, but was great with kids. Super nice staff, very helpful.

A week at San Pedro, Belize the end of OctoberPosted Nov 2, 2014
Pros: Right on the beach, near town and airport. Secluded from traffic noise. An older facility but well maintained and updated. Great staff.
Cons: It would be nice to have a clothes tree to hang things in the second bedroom.
Location: Just outside of town. Several tour companies make comparison shopping easy. Snorkeling, diving, Mayan ruins, cave tubing, zip lining available
Great weather and warm water made several days of snorkeling a real treat. Guides were knowledgeable and accommodating. We swam with nurse sharks and a manatee as well as many other fish and saw at least 9 types of coral. Seeing the Mayan ruins at Lamanai was well worth the day. In the evening we ate at several of the many restaurants that were within walking distance and enjoyed each. This is the end of the rainy season so we needed bug spray as well as lots of sun tan lotion. Daily showers didn't stop activities.

Paradise in BelizePosted Oct 27, 2014
Nice little boutique condo. slow season so for first 3 days we were the only guests along with a honeymoon couple. there were more staff than guests so we were pampered. lovely touches like flowers on the bed and towels when we arrived and a case of Belikan delivered to our fridge. Full kitchen was really nice. The view from our private deck was outstanding.

Not just a hotel.... felt like homePosted Aug 19, 2014
Too much to write!! It is convenient, perfectly located, offers spacious rooms, feels like a homey condo complex instead of a soul-less hotel and has amazing staff. Security patrols at night. It is home away from home. You want all your friends to come visit. We had the ground floor room, #11, and every morning just rolled open the Window doors facing the beach and went for an early dip while coffee was brewing... wicked...

Great Suite on the BeachPosted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: Very comfortable room, well appointed
Location: Right downtown, close to all the restaurants, shops, tour companies, airport etc,
This is an excellent little hotel / suite. Very close to the airport (but no noise), beach front and easy walking to downtown San Pedro. Never needed a golf cart. Speaking to some others the further our resorts can be a bit limiting this was a perfect combination of privacy and location.
