Nice & CleanPosted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: Everything except location
Cons: Nothing really, everything was great.
Location: The location was a little far out not many eating places close by.
Everything was nice about the hotel, just the location was a little far out. But no complaints at all about the hotel. Very comfortable, very friendly staff.

A couple flaws.Posted Nov 13, 2014
Pros: Allowed dogs with non refundable deposit. Had a real breakfast instead of just breads. Separater partial wall between bed and couch.
Cons: Some maintenance issues. Toilet neede to be tightened down or shimmed and the one cart they have had 2 flat tires.
A lot less expensive than staying in New orleans and still very close.

Excellent hotel......if you like middle of nowherePosted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, Friendliness of the staff.
Cons: The location.
Location: In the middle of nowhere.
The title says it all. It was definitely an above average hotel except, it happens to be in the middle of nowhere. It is outside even what is considered to be the suburb of New Orleans....so much so that the nearest (decent) eating establishment is @ 15 miles away. Not even pizza delivery available. The hotel staff spinned it as a extremely safe place as in "nothing ever happens here". Very true. Did I mention, it is far far away from everything else...Oh, and the only way to get there is by Highway 23 which also happens to have a draw bridge over a waterway which means, be prepared for unexpected holdup while you are stuck in traffic waiting for a boat to pass.

Feeling very annoyed from a long drive, Morissa did everything she could to turn the evening around. She always greeted us with a warm & inviting smile. She is an asset to hotel. Another gentleman, Craig - was an absolute blessing. Very helpful with advice on the area. Two really great people you have there.

I needed a hotel in this location for work. It was good. Staff kind. Hotel is newer, some staining in carpets but a good value.

Very nice stayPosted Aug 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is new and is well kept. The only down point was that it is a bit of a drive from downtown New Orleans. Other than that I can not think of a single area where they were less than perfect.
