Events, Business & Conference centrePosted Sep 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great venue for a wedding or conference; wonderful setting and high levels of cleanliness BUT if you think you'll be staying in the Chateau you'll be disappointed. Bedrooms and restaurant all in a separate modern building - and main dining room closed on Sunday nights!

Great hotel just outside Paris and within 3 hrs of Calais Ferries and tunnel. Although it isn't the cheapest they should do more to promote themselves

Not really an overnight stop hotelPosted Sep 28, 2012
This is a conference centre hotel. While it may offer comprehensive facilities for conferences and Spa breaks, it is less suited for holiday type visits. Ambience is international and not especially French. Food adequate but expensive.

Château hotel for half the price of a CDG carparkPosted Sep 28, 2012
Pros: Comfortable bed, fantastic grounds, quiet location
Cons: Too few staff
It's a long walk from the car part to the reception to the room if you have heavy bags and there was no assistance offered from the staff. I also had to wait 10 minutes to pay my bill in an empty bar. Other than these minor points (that I could have solved by being more vocal if I'd wished) it was an extremely relaxing and comfortable hotel and an amazing alternative to staying at the airport. I would happily stay there again. One improvement suggestion would be for the dining room - it was empty when I wanted to dine there and the combination of very bright lights and a high ceiling made for a very uncomfortable and self-conscious ambience ... I chose room service as a result. (PS: You don't stay in the actual château part sadly)

A Conference Centre hotelPosted Sep 10, 2012
Pros: The grounds are very nice, with old trees, a canal, etc.
Cons: No air conditioning - sweltering in the summer
Location: Out in the countryside, a bit hard to find but still accessible.
This is a conference centre and is appointed accordingly. Most expectations are met, but the hotel should be avoided in summer months, as it lacks room air conditioning. Also, count on eating elsewhere, there are few facilities in the hotel.

Chateau St Just - Heaven in the Parisien suburbsPosted May 11, 2011 on Hotels.com
Simply put this was and is the most idyllic, professionally run and maintained 4* anywhere in the vicinity of Paris. Facilities were superb and after a decent drive in and out of the centre of Paris, the sauna, steam room, spa and generous heated indoor pool were an absolute Godsend. Situated just outside of Belle Eglise, the picturesque surroundings only served to make the Chateau experience that much more special. Staff were courteous and eager to help in any way possible, rooms were generously sized and fabulously clean and parking was more than ample. The perfect Parisien get away. Being hyper critical, the rooms might benefit from air conditioning in the summer months and having a car to travel into Paris is almost an absolute must, however in all other aspects this hotel represents the best in the industry; it needs to be seen to be believed. Take your most treasured better half and stay for as long as possible!!

Very good but needs air conPosted Jun 5, 2010
This really is an excellent hotel, the accomodation, cleanliness and quality of food is outstanding. The staff were excellent and interestingly many local people appeared to be making use of the restaurant which must be a good sign! The pool and changing room areas were extremely clean. I have only one moan, the rooms are not air conditioned. We visited during May and our room was far too warm. Keeping the windows open helped but the noisy wildfowl that live around the hotel made it difficult to sleep. This is a shame as in all other respects it was perfect.
