“Best price in the area and not a bad hotel”
The best in the are. Admittedly there is not a lot of nearby competition, but if you shop for the deals you can get a clean and spacious room with refrigerator and microwave for a great price. I have stayed there three times and am extremely satisfied. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. The only reasons I don't rate this hotel even higher are: one room had the noisiest refrigerator i have ever heard and the hallways outside the first floor non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke. Moving to an upstairs room solved both problems. Too bad, because the room I had on the first floor was the largest non-suite hotel room I have ever stayed in. It is great for an extended stay.
“Best Value I've Ever Found in a hotel”
I am so impressed with this hotel. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel and got such good value.. And I was travelling with my pregnant wife, so I was REALLY hoping it was clean. I am very impressed with the hotel cleaning staff. The corners in every room were spotless and nothing smelled like smoke.I noticed some families there but wasn't woken up by noise or anything like that. And the heating/air-conditioning unit was new and ran smoothly.Staff on all 3 shifts were friendly, polite and professional. The night shift even ran out to the car when I forgot my newspaper on the way out. We would DEFINITELY stay there again if we were in the area. Best value for a hotel I've experienced in years. Get the honeymoon suite if it's available. That looked really cool.
“Good value for the room rate.”
I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. There aren't many choices in Bellefontaine and I need someplace clean, safe and reasonably priced when visiting family. This is the place. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the continental breakfast is pretty good. A good value for the nightly room rate.
“Very good hotel for the price”
When I arrived everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and they allowed me to plug my diesel truck into one of their outside outlets. The rooms were clean and the beds were clean but very bouncy. For the price I would highly recommend this hotel.
“good for the price”
I have been to the other chain hotel in the area and thought this hotel was about the same. Decent room for the price. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the bath towels were really small. Overall I would stay again for the price.
“Small town feels like home...”
This hotel is only a few years old so despite it's star rating I figured it couldn't be too bad, and I was right. :) The bed is hard as a rock and even on a king you only get 3 pillows so... don't expect luxury unless this is your thing. I pulled out the nightstand to find a scarcely located plugin for all of the items we travel with these days (phone, laptop, etc) and I don't think it had been vacuumed behind since it was originally placed but the rest of the room was clean and maybe you won't need to move the end table, lol. Microwave goes black so you don't have to deal with it lighting up the room and the mini fridge worked well and met my needs. Wireless internet was great. I'll stay here next time I go to Bellefontaine...
