Pros: not much
Cons: purchase more towels
only 3 pillows for a king bed, had to take dirty towels to desk for clean ones, only wish they would purchase enough for everyone in the hotel plus some ( ran out of towels to exchange for us twice ), then would not be ready with clean until 9 am next morning when housekeeping would arrive. not much selection for breakfast either. no fitted sheet on bed, used top sheet instead. took long time for room to cool down and always very hot in hallway

Good value for your money

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful but I stayed for 2 days, staff did not offer to clean my room. The breakfast was very meager, however there were 2 resturaunts withing walking distance that serves breakfast. Knowing the above I would still stay there again.

Close to Ohio state highpoint!

Posted Apr 13, 2014
Honestly for the price this isn't a bad place to crash for the night or two days max. Rooms are outdated and the beds were hard. But they were clean. The staff was very helpful also on local eats and attractions. Also less than a mile from the Ohio state highpoint. There is a mcdonalds and Waffle House and Marathon gas station next door.

Rooms had a bad smell. The rooms felt dirty and the bed linens kept coming off the bed. I was not happy at all

One night trip

Posted Nov 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was worth the small amount I paid for it. The first floor was smoking so it smelled, the second floor was kind of noisy. The gym had a broken treadmill and machines that didn't look trustworthy. The beds weren't very comfortable and you have to call the front desk to activate the heat. Also for booking online you don't get a receipt at the hotel.

Pillows old, flat and hard.

Posted Nov 2, 2013
Pros: Clean bathroom, hairdryer. Nice shower facility. Clean room.
Cons: Only one tube of shampoo was given (two adults stayed in room). No conditioner.
Location: Amish Store about 10 mi. or so. We had visited some castles previously about a 1/2 hour away. There are plenty of restaurants and a mall in town.
Check-in took a long time. Old-fashioned way of using credit card, hand-written receipt given. Ok, but I think an upgrade is needed in computer skills and quicker check-in time needed. Pillows on bed were hard, flat and seemed old. I stayed there once before and the pillows were the same condition. We were on the first floor and it was very noisy from the parking lot.

Only chosen because of location and rate.

Beds in room are very uncomfortable. Room had a moldy smell. A/C did not work very well. Will not stay there again. Will pay a higher rate to stay somewhere else.
