“GREAT customer service!!”

The front desk was extremely welcoming, nice and provided outstanding service. They made sure we had a room by the pool for our little daughter. The rooms were nice and beds were pretty comfy. Several eating locations nearby (Wendy's, McDonald's, Culvers). The only MAJOR disappointment was that when we went to take a shower in the morning, there was no hot water. The pool was a little cold, but not so much where you couldn't get in and get used to it. The hot tub was super hot, but again, not so much where you couldn't get in and get used to it.

“An okay night's stay”

I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews of this hotel, but it ended up being just fine for a 1-night stay. Check in was fast and the woman behind the front desk was very friendly. The amenities were very basic, but that was to be expected given the low price. Our bedroom window had two cracks in the glass and there was a board propped against the sliding half as a security measure. It was also difficult to figure out where to turn the bathtub faucet to get hot water. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable, and the heater was surprisingly quiet. I wish I could say the same about my husband's snoring!

“Pretty run of the mill”

The hotel was satisfactory but certainly not interesting. It was isolated. It did not have a fitness room. The continental breakfast was unremarkable. Just plain old average.

“Total disappontment !!”

Hot tub was broken pool was cold! Staff was rude! Door locks to get in from outside broken. Room was cold heat would not go past 65 degreese Pop machine had only diet pepsi everything about this place was a mess!!! The whole reason we went to this hotel was for the indoor pool and hot tub, during the winter!
