“Mostly good with a few glitches.”
Even though the quality was fine for an overnight stay on our way to Toronto, there were two outstanding flaws.
The location was extremely difficult to find. There were no identifying signs (ie Comfort Inn) anywhere on the motel. We arrived at night, in a snowstorm and ended up at the nearby YMCA which was clearly identified. We had to guess that the next unlabeled building could perhaps be the Comfort Inn.
Second, this is the first time in all of our travels that we had to leave a $50.00 visa print out. to make sure our check-out room was satisfactory. It left a very bad impression of being
unwelcome.
One last point,,,,,,our CAA and senior status usually allows us a discount. We felt 'dismissed ' upon inquiry and did not receive any.
A positive note: the breakfast was plentiful, tasty and well presented.
